These stories are commonly born through misunderstandings. Let’s take a look at two complaints about Drake Casino that can be disproven.

After exploring all of the promotions on this site, I was disappointed to learn that most of the rollover requirements were extremely high. 

Although there is a rewards program, most of the perks are bonuses with unreasonable terms and conditions.

You do earn cashable comp points when you play, but 2,000 is only worth $2. Considering I had 31 points after many hours playing here, that could take a long time. 

At the end of my promotion research, I only found one bonus that could potentially be worth claiming.

The welcome bonus matches 300% up to $6,000 on your first deposit, which sounds great, but the rollover requirements are a whopping 50x.

Unfortunately, most of the offers had those same requirements. The only redeeming promotion was a Slot of the Month bonus that gives you free spins on a select game.

I’ll go into detail about that one below.

Slot of the Month Bonus

This bonus gives you 50 free spins (50¢ per spin) on a slot game for every $30 deposit you make. At the time of this review, it was Mystic Cat.

The rollover requirements are 35x, which is much more achievable than 50x, and this offer has no maximum cash-out limit. 

There are a few other stipulations. The most you can wager per round is $25, and your account must be at $10 or less to claim it.

Also, you have to be a reward member level of Platinum, Diamond, or higher, which requires you to have made at least four deposits.

Overall, this is a decent bonus, especially if you like to spin the reels.

My gambling experience at Drake Casino was anything but smooth. While the quality of the games was good, they had loading issues.

Similarly to other sites, the slots category is quite large. After scrolling through everything, I started with Book of Helios and $25 in my account and ended up down 60¢.

Next, I played Cleopatra’s Fortune, bringing me back to $25. I moved on to Fruit Zen, hoping to boost my bankroll, but ultimately lost $1.42.

Finally, I played Merlin’s Mystical Multipliers and ended my slots session with $23.27. From what I could find, most of the games I played had RTPs of around 95%.

Once I began spinning the reels, I noticed something right away. My account balance at the top right of the screen did not always correctly reflect the amount of money I truly had.

For example, when my bankroll was at $24.42, my account still said $25. After refreshing the screen, it corrected itself. This happened many times throughout my gaming session.

Normally, after some nice wins like that, I would say I had a blast playing blackjack. However, due to the site’s continued glitches, I was more frustrated than anything.

I had to continuously hit refresh to get an accurate account balance and to get certain games to load.

Only one of the games had its RTP listed, which was 97.3%.

All of the table games are mixed into one category, so I had to search for them. Luckily, it wasn’t too much of a problem since there weren’t many to begin with.

The selection is pretty meager, with only five roulette titles. It covers the basics, but this isn’t the place for multiple unique variations. 

Most of the games are from the developers Betsoft and Arrow’s Edge, have crisp graphics, and function well.

Specifically for this review, I explored the other table games available on this site by playing Solitaire first where I lost twice and won once.

I moved on to Dragon Baccarat and won $2 before the game froze, and I had to reload. I continued on and won another $2.

I concluded my session by playing craps and ended with a balance of $28.79. RTPs depend on the game, but the ones I played averaged around 97%.

This selection is slightly above average compared to some other sites. However, I was once again plagued by the site’s glitchiness, which was starting to become a burden.

Casual Games – Specialty Games

Unfortunately, I didn’t have much to choose from when I visited the specialty games category at Drake Casino.

I started with Cleopatra’s Pyramid Keno and lost $3 right away. Next, I played a few rounds of the Aztec Warrior Scratch Card.

To wrap it up, I played Kaboom, but it was malfunctioning. I haven’t had problems with that game before, so I had to assume it was the site again.

I ended up with $22.11 in my account, which isn’t great, but the games averaged a 93% RTP, so I wasn’t totally surprised.

There are only eight specialty games here from developers like Dragon Gaming, Arrow’s Edge, and Rival.

I contacted Drake Casino customer support via phone, live chat, and email. The agents I talked to in all three methods were pleasant, helpful, and mostly answered my questions.

I’ll go over how each encounter went below.

Generally speaking, Drake Casino’s interface gave me mixed feelings.

It transports you to Sin City at night. The backdrop is the Las Vegas skyline dotted with lights under a blood-red sunset.

The design is warm and inviting and sets the tone for an exciting experience.

When you create an account and log in, the background image condenses into the middle of the screen, leaving the surrounding areas black and simple.

The focus is concentrated on the two boxes in the middle that prompt you to click on games or promotions.

You can also access them, as well as rewards and tournaments at the top of the page.

The hamburger in the top left opens up more options, including the cashier, live casino, and contact info.

At the top right of the page, there is a shortcut to access your account info directly or to make a deposit.
