My Opinion on Ignition Casino – Key Findings
As a longtime poker player at Ignition, my first real trip through the casino had its ups and downs.
Though a little disorganized in its presentation, Ignition Casino has most of the games I like to play in a collection that has something for everyone.
The bonuses have more than 140 prohibited games, which I found disappointing. However, the banking methods are varied and geared toward cryptocurrency.
My poker home could become my go to casino, too, but it still needs some improvements.
What I Loved
- Complete game library from leading providers.
- Bargain bonus playthrough requirements of 25x.
- Hot Drop Jackpots are among dozens of jackpot opportunities.
- Poker room full of tournaments.
Room for Improvement
- Games are arranged awkwardly, with too much scrolling involved.
- If there are RTPs posted anywhere, I couldn’t find them.
- Customer support takes too much time for little info.
- Too many games prohibited for bonus players.

My Gambling Session Details
I play poker at Ignition and have had an account for maybe five years. Having used Bitcoin to deposit before, I tried a credit card this time, and my $20 went up right away.
I did not take a bonus because, strangely enough, I was not eligible for one.
The casino portion of the Ignition site is kind of a sidelight for me, and this was my first time really exploring it. Though I don’t like bouncing around from game to game when I hit a casino, I did this time for the purposes of the review.
I went to the blackjack tables first, playing the Qora Games standard version and the Classic 21, both in which I took small losses.
Video poker was my next stop, and I lost at 10-handed Jacks or Better but landed a couple of four-of-a-kinds on Bonus Deuces Wild for my first winning game.
I decided to take a few spins in Hot Drop Jackpots and went to Santa’s Ways, where I had succeeded once before. Santa wasn’t giving out much this time, so I lost and didn’t get near a jackpot.
Reels & Wheels is one of my favorite slots, so I went there and scored the multiplier wheel after a few spins. I exited on top.
I’m not a fan of specialty games, but I tried the Jet X crash game for a while. I crashed. Feeling bad that I was still down about $10 on what I had deposited, I fled to the poker room to recover. I did with the help of a run of good cards.
Back at the casino, I recalled a classic slot game that I played a few years ago with some success – Caesar’s Empire by Realtime Gaming. Caesar was generous with free spins, and I came out as a winner.
I was still down a bit for the entire session, but no more than a house edge would typically take. Ignition got a couple of bucks, and I had a lot of fun.
All told, the games I won were Bonus Deuces Wild video poker, Reels & Wheels, and Caesar’s Empire slots. I lost at the others, generally playing minimum bets at all of them.
I did not withdraw funds this time, but my Bitcoin transaction went through trouble-free in previous experiences.
Internet forums are where you go to find dirt on anything or anyone, and there were scathing remarks about Ignition Casino.
Here are examples of positive and negative comments I found on sites like Reddit, Trustpilot, and Ignition’s community platform:
Waiting Forever to Get My Payout
“Most of the low end casinos make you bend over backwards to get your money. And I’ve gotten my money quicker from those places than from Ignition.
I’m waiting on another cash out now, the last one took 40 hours…”
Regular Wins and Quick Withdrawals
While I have never had any really major wins at ignition, I cash out with $2-3K there quite often. Usually won on the lucky wheel, and sometimes from slots or blackjack.
I have never had any kind of hassle from them cashing out, and Bitcoin withdrawals are generally completed within an hour or two at the most.
Players Debating Payout Rules
Here are 2 players discussing Ignition payouts on a Reddit thread:
– I put $25 in from Bitcoin onto the site. Made it all the way to $300 playing Blackjack. Tried to withdraw and got banned because their investigations thought I wasn’t trustworthy.
Someone replied:
– I have withdrawn thousands from Ignition and they’re the best, you definitely broke the rules.
What the Casino Says
Check out how Ignition replies to customer complaints below.
- Player Comment: Hello, I keep running into the error message when I attempt to make a withdrawal that one of my Crypto Deposits has not been fully confirmed. Can a mod take a look and see if it can be resolved?
- Ignition Reply: We are sorry to learn of the issues you experienced when trying to withdraw. We are looking into this right now.
- They did, and … Thank You! I will attempt again soon. Appreciate the help.
- Player Comment: Referred by a friend, I used the link, created an account, claimed the welcome promo, and deposited money but never received my 400% bonus. Customer service said I chose to put it into poker, which I didn’t. When I asked if it could be fixed, they said no.
- Ignition Reply: Please note that our Welcome Bonus is combined with Poker & Casino and cannot be activated unless it’s redeemed. The bonus is divided into two parts: 150% up to $1,500 is awarded in Casino bonus funds, and 150% up to $1,500 can be unlocked by playing Poker and earning Ignition Miles.
My Reflections on Ignition’s Player Complaints
The complaints are typical and speak to how detailed and tricky deposit, withdrawal, and bonus rules can be.
I don’t recall having trouble with any of those areas, but I never dealt in Ignition bonuses or won big sums. I always suggest reading up on the rules and exploring support sections before depositing, withdrawing, or agreeing to a bonus.
The casino responses seem fair and thorough, but no casino likes to open the vault for anyone.
From other review sites I trust, the overall rating of reviewers and readers was between 3.5 and 4 out of 5 stars.
The general complaint concerned withdrawals, which is to be expected. And, as expected, customers seeking payouts of more than $1,000 were the most prominent.
Myths Busted About Ignition Casino
Here are some things people think about Ignition Casino that should be refuted.
The Casino Cheats
The casino, in fact, makes money. But I have never experienced anything that made me believe that Ignition’s games are rigged to make more than they should.
The games are created and tested by top-flight companies.
Ignition Does Not Pay Out
From my experience of five years playing, I know this is not the case.
Additionally, I have read and seen too many examples of others who have withdrawn money with no problem.
Ignition Casino has stepped up its game in recent years to attract casino and poker players. Now, their bonuses come as a combo for both groups and other perks for each.
They also encourage cryptocurrency deposits by chipping in a little extra for those who go crypto.
On the casino side, the welcome bonuses have a 25x rollover rate for the deposit plus the bonus money, which is a bargain rate among online casinos.
As with most sites, the offers are designed for slots, so you don’t get nearly as much credit toward your playthrough if you play anything else.
My Recommended Bonuses
Here are the top two casino bonuses I found, based on their playthrough requirements, limits, and how they compare to industry standards.
Ignition Casino CRYPTO sign up Bonus
You can get a combo version of this that can add up to $3,000 in bonus money if you choose to play both poker and casino games and deposit with cryptocurrency.
The casino alone portion offers a 150% match of your deposit for up to $1,500 in bonus funds.
With the 25X playthrough rate, it’s well worth the investment if you play slots because slots offer 100% dollar-for-dollar credit toward your rollover.
Most table games give you 20% credit or less, and Hot Drop slots and live dealer games offer no credit at all.
Casino Welcome Bonus
Ignition vs Other Casinos – Welcome Bonus
Ignition Casino WELCOME Bonus
If you choose to deposit with a credit card, the combo welcome bonus can add up to $2,000 in bonus funds.
The casino-only bonus is a 100% match of your deposit for up to $1,000 in extra cash.
The same 25x wagering requirements and game rules apply, so slots are the favored as far as credits go. I’m a table games player, but I’d still give either of these bonuses a try.
Keep in mind that poker players who take up these bonuses have different playthrough rules; the bonus is unlocked as you accrue Ignition points through rakes and tournaments.
My Perspective on Ignition’s Bonuses
From my perspective, the 25x rollover welcome bonuses are worth a look for new players and aggressive wagerers.
I did not take up any offers because I joined years ago for poker and passed on the bonus then. I was disappointed to find that I am still not eligible for any bonuses because I haven’t earned enough points in their rewards program.
Another negative point is that there is a list of more than 140 games—including some of my favorite slots—that do not give credit toward the rollover requirements.
Something you should know before claiming an offer is that Ignition has a procedure for deducting bonus money from your account designed to prevent abuse.
This formula involves locking your deposited amount until the playthrough is achieved. The result is that your account will show three balances: Withdrawable, Locked, and Bonus.
It is a bit confusing on the surface, but it makes it easy to follow your bonus advancement.
Other Bonuses I Reviewed
Here are other casino reload bonuses that I checked out for the purpose of this review.
BONUS | ROLLOVER | BONUS CODE |
---|---|---|
Weekly Boost | 35x | Code comes with an emailed offer |
Tell A Friend | 25x | Code comes with the referral process |
Ignition Casino is under the flagship of several casinos, such as Bovada and Cafe Casino, so the game selections are the same, though the setups are slightly different.
I don’t like the setup at Ignition. They have categories you can click from a top banner, but the slots display doesn’t show all the available slots.
There’s a dropdown of subcategories for slots, but some are out of category – five reel slots in the Three Reels category, etc.
There is a side panel showing your recently played games, but to otherwise find a favorite, you have to use the search feature. I got the notion that you play the games Ignition wants you to play or go hunting. It’s a real cluster.
I did stumble on a dropdown (I swear, I don’t know how I got there) that included All Games A-Z, and I scrolled 456 games. But they were primarily slots, not a single table game.
From that, I calculated 588 games, including table games, specialty games, video poker, and live dealer tables.
It’s a complete collection; it just is not ordered very well, and I did not see RTPs listed anywhere.
Most of the games work well with mobile devices, and you can try them for free if you are not signed in.
I should say here that Ignition has a Virtual Sports section that is a little like a sportsbook, only with fake teams and races.

Software Providers
The games come from the reliable software providers below, and others I know have smooth-playing, fun games that are tested for fairness.
My Top Game Picks
Here are some of my favorite games I played at Ignition while writing this review.
Blackjack
I really liked the Qora standard blackjack version and Classic 21.
They both pay the 3:2 and offer splits, surrender, and insurance options.
As I mentioned above, I lost small amounts during my sessions, but they were a lot of fun.
Bonus Deuces Wild
I enjoyed playing this game at Ignition. I like that it has bets starting at 5 cents a coin and going up to $5 each, with up to $25 per deal.
It didn’t hit often, but when it did, the wins were big. I got a couple of four-of-a-kinds, making it my first winning game in the entire 3-day session.
Jacks or Better
I usually prefer the single-hand version, but I really got into the 10-hand version while I was at Ignition.
It offers lots of scores and big ones if you win three or four hands or more. It has the same coin value setup.
I lost about $2 on this game, but I had a fun time playing.
Reels & Wheels XL
I think this is a slick, fast-playing game that delivers enough hits to get you to the big wheel.
The returns get nice sometimes, and the jackpot was $152,000 when I last played.
There is a smaller version of this game that seems to get to the wheel more often.
Caesar’s Empire
Created by Realtime Gaming in 2005, I think this game has a reason for its durability – it is fun, and it scores.
Ignition doesn’t list RTPs, but I’ve seen Caesar’s Empire rated at plus 97%.
Caesar was good to me in this session. It gave plenty of free spins, and I ended up winning.
Slots
Definitely, online slots form the backbone of any online casino, and Ignition is no different. They carry more than 400 of them, and that’s enough for anyone to have some good choices.
The game providers change games in and out regularly, so there’s always something new.
But if you’re looking for RTPs, you have to look elsewhere because none come with the games I saw, and I never saw a reference anywhere on the site.
With so many slots, you have to do some scrolling. Using the dropdown categories helps, though they are not arranged by alpha.
Thankfully, Ignition does have a search feature, so I found three of my favorite slots quickly.
The categories are: Most Popular, Bonus Buy, Five Reels, Three Reels, Hold and Win, Progressives, Buy 2X Chance, and Pays Anywhere.
There is also a separate category in the banner menu for Hot Drop Jackpots, which awards jackpots to winners by hour, day, and randomly.
The slots cover all the themes from Aztecs to Zombies and practically all of the payline configurations. I played my favorites, Reels & Wheels, Demon’s Delight, and Caesar’s Empire.
I also discovered an innovative game called Gold Rush Gus, which doesn’t even spin like a slot and has an ingenious bonus round.
Slots are also for bonuses, one of the few game types that credits players 100% toward the playthrough. However, some slots are prohibited for bonus players.
Ignition vs Other Casinos – Number of Slots
Blackjack
Blackjack is my favorite game because it’s simple, and the returns are good if I play right. The returns weren’t that great when I played the Qora version and the Classic 21 at Ignition.
I hit only one blackjack over about 40 deals, and the two double-down opportunities yielded an ace and a 3 as the third card.
But, heaven knows, that’s not the first or last streak of luck I’ll have.
I don’t ask for much more than a standard blackjack game, so I did not try most of the other variations offered at Ignition.
They include 21 Burn, 22 Blackjack, Perfect Pair, Double Deck, European, Super 7, Pirate 21, and Zappit.
I did check out their Single Deck Blackjack to see if there was any indication of shuffling before the end of a deck.
It appeared as random as if it were multi-deck. Most of these variants offer options you don’t have in the standard game, including side bets that pay for particular card combinations.
And most have their own strategies but don’t improve the RTP of the standard game. Ignition does not offer Blackjack Switch, a version that does increase player odds.
Wagers on blackjack games give just 5% to 10% credit toward bonus playthroughs.
Roulette
Ignition Casino has an interesting collection of eight variants of Roulette. They, of course, have American (double zero) and European (single zero) versions you see in all casinos.
The Ignition roulette odds are standard, from even options to 35:1 for hitting a single number. The bet limits vary enough to allow players to spread wagers without spending much.
I usually try to get in a few spins of the European version because it offers a slightly better return. I don’t go with exotics much, just the third column and black, which covers most of the table with a couple of wagers.
The other types of roulette at Ignition Casino include some games with special multipliers and more exciting animation.
An example is a game Smartsoft had just released called Virtual Burning Roulette, in which as many as five numbers are selected for multipliers of 50X to 500X the wager.
This all happens after you have placed your bet, so you have to spread out and hope the ball lands on your pick, and the pick is a multiplier. It’s fast – you have 15 seconds to spread bets. The minimum bet is a nickel, so anyone can afford it.
I tried the free-play version and enjoyed the action. Dragon Gaming has two similar versions of the Burning game—Dragon Roulette and Double Dragon Roulette—that feature a fire-breathing dragon scorching the multipliers.
Roulette wagers give you 5% credit toward your bonus rollover.
Other Table Games
Ignition Casino has a wealth of card and dice games – 20 in all – that should suit everyone. Two of my favorites are in the Ignition lineup.
I’m usually in for craps, which many online casinos don’t carry because of the low house edge on bets like Don’t Pass and Don’t Come.
I also got hooked on the Indian card game Teen Patti Pro, a three-card poker game I like because of the odds betting and the options for betting two hands.
The other table games include a couple of jackpots Caribbean Stud and Caribbean Hold ‘em games and jackpot Let ‘em Ride games.
The jackpots I saw were at $114,000 for the Caribbeans and $85,000 for the Let ‘em Ride games. Here’s the rest of the lineup:
Overall, the Ignition Casino table games library stacks up to any I’ve seen.
Most of these games offer 20% credit toward bonus playthroughs.
Video Poker
This is another high-RTP set of games that many online casinos have but stash away to make them harder to find.
Ignition has no Video Poker category in its banner menu, but when I clicked on “More”, there it was.
Land-based casinos are the same way, with the best of these games lost in a corner.
I’ll give credit to Ignition for having a competitive selection for my purposes. That’s only because I’m familiar with strategies for Jacks or Better and Deuces Wild.
They also have Jokers Wild and Double Double Bonus Poker, which offer different payout levels for various types of four-of-a-kind.
The games are coin-based, and you can bet as little as a nickel or as much as $25 per hand.
Looking at the paytables, I found the odds much better to bet the maximum coins.
I played the Bonus Deuces Wild and single-hand and multi-hand Jacks or Better with mixed results.
I liked how the games played, but the bets and balance displays are tiny, and you have to go to Settings to change the coin values.
Video poker bets give 10% credit to bonus rollovers.
Casual Games – Specialty Games
Ignition Casino is special with casual games.
Go to the Specialty Games section, and you’ll find 45 game panels, much more than most online casinos offer.
These are high-house-edge games, which is why they award full credit toward bonuses and extra Ignition Points to play them.
The majority of specialty games are scratchcards or crash games, but there are also several bingo and plinko games, one keno game, and a wheel spin.
I like to find a good crash game and find a sweet spot for the endurance level. I did this with the Space XY, and the damned rocket crashed on the launch pad three straight times.
There was no recovery. I’ll sometimes play a four- or five-spot on the 80-number keno using my formula.
I tried it on Ignition’s free version; I think I’ll come up with another formula. With these specialty games, you grind toward a big winner.
Live Dealer Games
Visionary iGaming provides the games at Ignition. The graphics are clear, and the buttons are easy to use for all functions.
Sometimes, action is a little out of synch, and there are blips or delays here and there, but not enough to throw you off your game.
The dealers are polite, some who really cheer and talk it up, and others who act as if they’d rather be somewhere else. But they all seem professional enough, even though I got the idea that many are trainees.
There were 43 tables of blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Super 6, and a baccarat variant.
The blackjack tables have seven seats, but an unlimited number of players can bet behind on someone else’s hand, so everyone gets to wager.
Most tables have limits of $10 to $1,000 or $25 to $2,500, but there were a few with a $5,000 limit and a couple of up to $50,000.
The tables I saw included side bets for pairs or rummy bonuses, but I did not see a table with the side bet for the big 7s progressive jackpot they offer.
They also have early payout tables that allow you to back out of a hand.
The roulette display is mostly a graphic with the layout, a live view of the wheel, and a hand spinning it. The range is $1-$3,000, but outside bets cost at least $5.
Baccarat and Super 6 bets range from $1-$2,500 with standard odds and payouts, including a 5% commission for the Banker win.
You don’t get credit for your bonus playthrough at any live dealer games.
Ignition Casino POKER ROOM REVIEW
Ignition hosts one of the most popular poker rooms for US players mainly because of its background with Bodog.
The company that owns Bodog sold its platform to the Ignition family in 2016. They have maintained a similar platform ever since, and it works well for players.
It is one of a growing group of casino sites that have poker rooms.
When you call up the Ignition Casino site, you’ll see Poker as a main section near the top of the page.
Click there, and the Poker page contains another banner menu with clicks for Play Now, Poker Bonus, Tournaments, Poker Strategy, Special Features, and How to Play Poker.
Regular users click on Play Now or Tournaments first thing, but the menu caters to new players as well.
Clicking on Play Now takes you to a page that covers the entire lineup of games. A side menu lists:
Cash Games
The Cash games click gives you the lineup of game types and table sizes to choose from. There is also a Practice Mode option for free play.
Ignition offers Hold ‘em, Omaha, and Omaha Hi/Lo, no stud or draw games at all. You can choose from No Limit and Pot Limit versions of Hold ‘em and Pot Limit for the Omaha tables.
There are tables of six and nine players for Hold ‘em and six for Omaha. Choose from those and pick a stakes levels from $0.02/$0.05 to $10/$20 blinds.
Zone Poker
Zone poker gives you six-player no-limit Hold ‘em tables with stakes options of $0.02/$0.05 to $2.50/$5.
You can also choose Omaha tables of $0.10/$0.25 to $0.75/$1.50 and Hi-Lo tables of $0.05/$0.10 and $0.25/$0.50. Zone poker moves you from one table to the next after each hand.
Sit & Go Games
These are quick-playing tournaments that start when the seats are filled, with no pre-determined start time. Competitors buy in for a designated number of chips with a cash prize at the end.
Ignition Jackpot Sit & Gos range from $0.50 buy-ins for a shot at a $600 prize to $100 buy-ins for a $120,000 jackpot. I saw more than 100 regular Sit & Go registrations open for buy-ins of $1 to $200 and prizes up to $780.
There are various table numbers and game-type options, and the page has a convenient filter to narrow your choices.
Tournaments
The hundreds of other tournaments at Ignition last longer and include special events such as a $200,000 Guaranteed prize tourney.
Buy-ins go up to $1,000, but you can get into a small-stakes tournament for as little as $1 with a filter for choosing buy-in level, game type, and tournament type.
There are also freeroll tournaments, usually weekly and for less than $3,000 prizes.
My Opinion on Ignition’s Poker Room
Ignition has been my poker home for around five years. I have played mostly no-limit Hold ‘em but have lately retreated to fixed-limit games for more consistent returns.
I have not played in a tournament in a while, but I won once for a small take. That was after about 20 tries.
Obviously, I like the site, but it has its shortcomings. First, there are limited game types; I like 7-card Stud and its hi-lo version, but I understand poker rooms have dropped stud and draw games for more profit.
Also, you have no identity, and chat is limited to emojis. That is good and bad because chat invariably leads to abusive chat, and having a number instead of a name at the table diminishes identifying player habits.
The interface works well enough for me to play with a smartphone as well as a desktop. I can put up with occasional delays in loading.
Ignition Casino has a typical variety of ways to deposit and withdraw. As with most offshore casinos online, they encourage you to use cryptocurrency because the processing is simpler.
So, crypto is the most practical method for withdrawing as well as depositing. You can deposit with a credit card, but you have to find another way to cash out.
This is annoying but understandable, considering how finicky banks are with offshore sites.
Deposit Options Summary
The Ignition Casino deposit options cover all the bases with the most popular methods for online purchases.
For me, they listed Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as the card options. And I also noticed Union Pay listed in some parts of the site.
The big cryptos are also available, and they are fee-free and quick. MatchPay consolidates many payment systems but involves a marketplace process that slows things down.
In cases of larger amounts, you may need to verify your identity. Ignition has a simple automated process that will save time in future transactions.
- Fastest Deposit Method: Bitcoin or credit card, both instant.
- Deposit fees: Yes, 3% to 15% for cards.
My Recommended Deposit Method: Crypto or card
Cryptocurrency is the best way to make a deposit at Ignition Casino. I have deposited with Bitcoin before, and I recall it being a quick and easy process.
So, I topped up this time with a debit card to see how it went. Again, it was a breeze. I gave them the numbers, and they displayed a summary with confirmation.
They charged me a 5.9% fee, but my balance was immediately updated for the total amount.
I put in less than $50 in this and previous deposits, so I can’t guarantee the time or verification for more significant amounts.
Here’s a table with all the available deposit options.
DEPOSIT METHOD | MIN DEPOSIT | MAX DEPOSIT |

Ignition Vs Other Casinos – Deposit Methods
Ignition Casino Withdrawal Options
Ignition Casino withdrawal options are the same as most online casinos. They don’t allow credit cards but do offer six cryptocurrency choices.
They also have voucher, MatchPay, and player transfer options that add the extra steps of going through a forum or marketplace for the money.
The site also allows check-by-courier and wire transfer choices. These take at least two weeks to process and deliver, and the casino charges $100 for each.
With more significant amounts, which the casino does not specify, you may have to verify your identity,
- Is Verification Required? Sometimes, with a picture ID and/or other proof of address.
- Fastest Withdrawal Method: Cryptocurrency – 15 minutes
- Additional Withdrawal Fees: $100 for Checks and $100 for Wire Transfer
My Recommended Payout Method
I have previously withdrawn with Bitcoin, and it was simple and quick. I didn’t do it this time because I didn’t want to withdraw, turn around, or deposit again.
Besides, withdrawing and depositing like that sometimes perks the casino’s ears and may lead to the cancellation of the account.
Nevertheless, I recommend using a cryptocurrency because blockchain systems remove much of the need for verification from the process unless you take out a large sum.
If you are familiar with the MatchPay, voucher, or player transfer markets, they might be good choices, too.
But to me, they seemed to extend the process longer than the time they promised in the chart below.
Here are all the available deposit options.
WITHDRAWAL METHOD | MIN PAYOUT | MAX PAYOUT |
---|---|---|
|
$25 | $2,500 |
|
$150 | $2,500 |
|
$150 | $2,500 |
Ignition Vs Other Casinos – Withdrawal Methods
Ignition customer support is available through email, their own forum, live chat, and a help center. Here is the info on each channel.
- Support Email Address: [email protected]
- Languages: English
- Live Chat: Yes, automated
- Phone Number: N/A
- Validation Email: [email protected]
- Response Time: Varies
Here’s How I Tested
I went through this with chat. The representative first responded five minutes after I opened the chat.
After ten minutes, date of birth and PIN entry, a few polite exchanges, and two more entries of the same question, I received a response that was close enough to close the chat.
And, of course, I got a link to an FAQ section. I think the rep was a robot.
Here’s how it went with the other channels of support:
This form prompts you for your email address, the category of your question, and a window for the question.
Ignition promises to respond within 72 hours, but I got the answer in less than 24. I think this might be your best option.
Community Forum
Here, you’ll find dozens of feeds and threads on all sorts of subjects.
You can participate by logging in and entering a username, but you don’t have to log in if you just want to use the search feature, filters, or just scroll stroll.
Help Center
This opens your e-mail for a message to [email protected] for an “ASAP” response.
While this sounds promising, I had a question about bonus rollover and reached out, but honestly, it wasn’t very helpful.
My Experience With Ignition’s Support
Overall, I feel like they want to filter you through their on-site resources before you make any other contact.
At the bottom of their main pages is a Help Center link that takes you to a page with nine categories, how-to videos, a list of Top Questions, and a button to click that sends you to their forum.
I think the Help Center is very comprehensive, and it is likely to save you from having to go through direct channels, where they will probably refer you to one of the FAQ answers anyway.
At the bottom of the list of questions on any page or the answers to the questions is a Yes/No to “Did you find what you were looking for?”
Only after you click on No will you see a series of panels to click for live chat and email.
To sum up, the Help Center FAQ and Forum are good, thorough sources and the chat is more time-consuming than it should be.
Ignition Vs Other Casinos – Customer Service
Ignition Casino’s user experience is a mixed bag, in my opinion.
The homepage provides a well-organized overview of the site’s offerings. A dominant window has sliding promotions with click buttons.
Below is a series of display lines with more promotions, popular games, jackpot games, and top table games.
Then there are info box links with Crypto, their Tell-A-Friend promos, and a link to its Help Center.
However, once you dive into the game selection, things start to get a bit messy.
The categories from the top banner are a nice touch, but the slots display is cluttered and doesn’t showcase all available options.
The mobile site is fast and compatible with most devices. A plus is that you don’t need to download an app—everything runs smoothly through your browser.
Overall, the site runs smoothly, but it would be much better with a more intuitive game setup.
The Best Features
- Hot Drop Jackpots and high-paying slots
- Weekend cashouts and poker bonuses.
- Android and Apple Mobile-friendly
- Allows Vouchers + MatchPay
Ignition Casino Vs. Other Gambling Sites
I’m a longtime customer, but objectively, I think Ignition measures up well if not better than other casino/poker sites I’ve seen. Here’s how it compares.

Player Protection
Ignition Casino is better than many online casinos about making players aware of responsible gambling practices. It’s not clear if the measures they take are required by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board or are Ignition’s dedication to the subject.
But there is a bottom menu on main pages with a Responsible Gaming section and a Self Exclusion section, as well as statements at the bottom of main pages and the landing page.
The Responsible Gaming page includes sections on Underage Gambling, Parental Controls with two links, Responsible Gambling tips, a 20-question quiz on problem gambling, and a self-exclusion note on the option to deactivate your account.
There are also three links to problem gambling awareness and treatment sites. Ignition states, “We’re always on the lookout for problem behavior.” Still, there are no specific restrictions on multiple large deposits over a period of time.
The online gambling industry is aware that poor gambling habits give the appearance of exploitation, which is bad for business. So, many sites have taken steps toward promoting transparency, fairness, and consumer protection, particularly as more US states legalize various forms of gambling.
My Verdict
I enjoy Ignition Casino because it has games I like, mainly on the poker side. But, then, I am a longtime Ignition player, so why would I stray from a destination I like?
Exploring the casino side, I found the games fun and innovative. And I wish the welcome bonuses had been as good when I first joined as now.
I plan to hang around Ignition for a while and would recommend it to any responsible gambler.
FAQ
These are answers to pertinent questions about Ignition Casino:
What are the games’ payout rates?
Based on information from game suppliers and other sources, you can expect RTPs of 93% to 97% on slots and specialty games, 97% – 98% on roulette, and 99% on basic blackjack and video poker games.
Does Ignition pay out?
Yes, Ignition Casino pays out. For larger amounts (the casino does not stipulate how large), expect to go through a verification process.
The minimum and maximum limits are wide-ranging, as are the fees. But there is no maximum for Bitcoin withdrawals, which is a big win for players.
How does the casino handle jackpot wins?
The casino handles jackpot wins the same way as payouts for other large wins. You have single and weekly limits according to your method of withdrawal.
What happens if I get disconnected during a game?
If you get disconnected during a game, the outcome will not be affected. When your connection is restored, you can return to your game as you left it.
I recall my connection being disrupted before I had a chance to bet a poker round a couple of times.
When the connection was back, I was either back at the table or reloaded the site and found my balance correct.
What happens if I’m locked out of my Ignition Casino account?
If you are locked out of your Ignition Casino account, use the site’s email form to contact Ignition and include your 4-digit PIN and date of birth.
You do not have to be signed in to access the email form. They reply by restoring your account or explaining. I never had the experience.
