I Thought I’ll Never Receive the Money I Won

Goodness this website needs a serious makeover. I won $4,000 from free spins for a bonus. Of course I had to wager it, and ended up coming out with $3100. Not bad at all!! Actually that’s phenomenal being that I didn’t spend $1 of my own money.

However, withdrawing it has been a nightmare. I opted for the bitcoin withdrawal because it stated it takes up to 24 hours.

Well, it’s been 3 days and I have not gotten my winnings. I have spoke to several representatives & they all keep saying “there’s a delay in our bitcoin withdrawals” with no other explanation or information.

I’m starting to believe they’ll either stall long enough for me to cancel the transaction & play with the money (and lose), or something else will be wrong with my account. Idk.

When I try emailing [email protected], it bounces back as a non-valid email… I’ve submitted my ID/verification documents to [email protected] with no response. I assume they’re just not going to pay me?

*Edit: Just to update this, I sent in verification documents and they just approved my account for withdrawal finally. These guys may actually be legit.. I’ll update once the withdrawal goes through!

The Sunday Funday 50% up to $500 reload bonus (code SUNFUNSS) is my favorite non-welcome promo. It does require a $100 minimum deposit and 45x playthrough, but, as I will cover later, it is the best reload offer available.

The game selection is a true highlight, with 889 games available during my review. It covers many categories, including slots, blackjack, roulette, live dealer, scratch cards, crash gaming, and video poker.

From what I could tell, only Dragon and FlipLuck games qualified for rollover on my crypto bonus. I liked the FlipLuck slots better of the two.

My session was fun, but I probably would have enjoyed it more if other studios’ slots counted towards rollover. On a side note, qualifying slot games contribute 100% towards wagering requirements.

Here is a summary of my time playing slots:

• I started by playing Buffalo Bounty XL: Spin & Lock (95.22% RTP), which caused me to quickly burn through $11.
• Solid music, symbols, and atmosphere combined with Cleo as an expanding wild symbol. I would have played this slot longer, but it crashed during a spin. Although I did not lose the money, I had before that spin.
• Then I played Warhogs: Hellaways (94.61%) was much kinder, delivering two free spins and separate wins of $125 and $120 on $2-$5 bets. These bonuses pumped my bankroll up to $395 at one point.
• Other games I played: Rob the Bank 2 (95.5% RTP), Play with Cleo (95.82%), Jekyll’s Wild Potion (04.93%), Lucky Plunder Scratchcard (70.5%), 22 Blackjack (98.45%), Jacks or Better (98.37%), and Journey of Ra (70.12%) scratch card.

Blackjack

This gaming site offers 24 blackjack variations, which is more than most online casinos.

Examples include 22 Blackjack, Dragon Blackjack, Blackjack 11, Jackpot Blackjack, and Perfect Pairs & 21+3.

I tried 22 Blackjack (Dragon Gaming) and thought the background and music were pleasing. However, the slow dealing made me feel like the game would freeze on any hand.

Blackjack only contributes 5% towards rollover, so I did not play any other variants.

The online roulette section features 17 games.

Unique variations include American Roulette: Double Ball, Double Dragon, Platinum Chip, and Roulette II. This category offers just 5% towards wagering requirements.

I played Dragon Roulette and enjoyed the fiery animations during each round. Dragon Roulette is appealing because it has a European wheel (97.3% RTP) instead of an American wheel (94.74%).

I never benefited from a multiplier (range up to 500x), but this feature does enhance the excitement.

Other Table Games

The table games section also contains Baccarat, casino war, craps, Draw High Low, Pai Gow, three-card rummy, war, and a dozen poker variations.

Examples of poker games include 6 Up Pocket Poker, Bonus Texas Hold’em, Let It Ride, Oasis Poker, and Triple Edge Poker.

I did not play any of these games for real money while writing my review. However, I did try the 6 Up Poker Poker demo and liked the glossy backdrop.

Table games contribute 10% towards meeting the playthrough. Exceptions include the following:

I tried single-hand Jacks or Better video poker (FlipLuck). This video poker game has a favorable 9/6 pay table, meaning it delivers nine coins for a full house and six for a flush. 

A 9/6 pay table normally offers 99.54% RTP on a five-coin bet. However, you can only wager one coin worth $1-$100 on this game.

One coin leads to 98.37% RTP with optimal strategy. I did not find the 10% rollover contribution and 98.37% payback combo favorable.

Casual Games – Specialty Games

Specialty games at Super Slots include 24 scratch cards, 10 crash games, and two keno variations.

I played two scratch cards, including Journey of Ra and Lucky Plunder. The latter had the better graphics, but I quickly lost $20 playing it. I hit $16 on a $2 bet with Journey of Ra, failing to win anything after that.

Scratch cards offer 100% towards wagering requirements but also have poor RTP.

For example, Lucky Plunder and Journey of Ra offer 70.5% and 70.12% RTP, respectively. I would not play these games again due to their low payout percentages.

Live Dealer Games

The live casino features 67 tables.

This is impressive, considering that many operators have no more than 20 tables in this section and that offering live dealer games is not the rule amongst most gambling sites.

I did not play any Super Slots live games for real money because they contribute 0% towards bonus playthrough.

However, I opened T-Kick (BetGames) and watched it. T-Kick features soccer players trying to kick the ball into lit-up squares. You can bet on the action, making this game feel like a hybrid of live gaming and sports betting.
