Each slot, video poker and video table game at Downtown Grand has a slot above the screen. This is where the Grand Rewards card is inserted. The machine will greet the player by name so that it is known that the card was accepted. Table game players should give the Downtown Grand Rewards card to the dealer or pit boss.
