The 2024 SBC Awards were held at the end of the SBC Summit at the end of September, and several big names in online gaming were recognized.
SoftSwiss won multiple awards, including Employer of the Year. Wazdan and Pragmatic Play took Casino/Slots Developer of the Year in their respective categories.
Evolution and BGaming also received major awards at the ceremony. Evolution took Gold for Live Casino Supplier, while BGaming received Gold in Leader of the Year.

Wazdan was the first awarded, taking home the Gold Casino/Slots Developer of the Year Medium Award. Wazdan is a popular global provider of online casino games and is typically one of the top providers of any casino they serve.
Playson was also recognized in the Medium category, taking home the Silver award. This has been a great year for Playson, which was recently recognized at the EGR Italy Awards 2024, where it won Employer of the Year.
Pragmatic Play won the Gold Casino/Slots Developer of the Year Large Award. Pragmatic Play is not just an online slot provider but also provides a wide selection of online casino games, including a growing library of live casino games.
SoftSwiss Earns Multiple Awards

However, the company’s biggest award was winning Gold for Employer of the Year, which recognizes organizations that provide superior working conditions for their employees.

Evolution Gaming and BGaming Win Major Awards
Two of the industry’s largest gaming providers were recognized for excellence at the 2024 SBC Awards. First, Evolution Gaming received Gold for Live Casino Supplier. It was the only company awarded in that category.
Evolution Gaming is the premier provider of live casino games worldwide. It has been regularly recognized for its superior gaming, and the fact that no other providers earned Silver or Bronze points out the company’s dominance in that space.
Lastly, BGaming CEO Marina Ostrovtsova was named Leader of the Year. The award celebrates top industry leaders who inspire their companies.
According to a press release from BGaming, under Ostrovtsova’s leadership, the company has seen a 95% increase in revenues and has helped to develop over 400 new online casino partnerships.
