If you haven’t been out to Vegas to see Garth Brooks in concert, your time is running out. The popular country music superstar recently announced that he is ending his residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in early 2025.
The final three weekends of his residency will run from February 21 through March 9, 2025, and will wrap up his second successful Vegas residency.
However, the end of his residency is not the end of Garth’s professional career. The 7-time CMA Entertainment of the Year award winner has plenty on his plate to keep him busy.

Garth Brooks Announced End of Vegas Residency
The final dates for “Garth Brooks/Plus One” at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace have been announced. Tickets are already on sale. Here are the final dates:
- February 2025 – 21, 22, 23, 28
- March 2025 – 1, 2, 7, 8, 9
Speaking on the upcoming shows, Brooks stated, “I can’t believe it has come and gone, already. The Caesars gig has been my favorite so far. There is no setlist, no rules, just the music, and the listener comes first. I LOVE that! These last shows are going to be hard for me, emotionally, because I can’t stand the thought of this residency being over.”
The residency started on May 18, 2023, and initially ran for 45 shows through July 13, 2024.
The show is famous for its “no rules” approach, including appearances by his wife, Trisha Yearwood. The show was so popular that it prompted additional dates to be added through the end of 2024.
The 2023 shows sold out within days of release, prompting his 2024 dates to be released via Ticketmaster’s Verified Fans program. Tickets for remaining shows are currently on sale through Ticketmaster, with prices ranging from $173 up to $773 per ticket.
Plenty of tickets are still available, so now would be the best time to purchase.
Brooks Has Plenty to Keep Him Busy After Residency Ends
Once Brooks wraps up his residency, he does not have plans to slow down. One of his plans is to become his wife’s “Plus One” and to support her career.
He stated, “I think my job for 2025 is to be the plus one. My wife is sweet enough to be there for me every time I need her. I need to return that and we need to hear her more than two songs a night.”
Brooks will also be busy running his Nashville bar and is even open to opening a Vegas location.
However, there are conditions. As he told USA Today, “I think there is only one other place on this planet for it, and it would be Vegas. It would be fun. And if it’s supposed to happen, it will. But it has to be organic and focused on three main things: service, cleanliness and security. I live near (the Nashville location) and I don’t know how much my trust factor would be with another one that far away. You want to send the message that we’re here for each other.”
If there was a guy who said I’ll do this the rest of my life, it would be me.

Brooks also said that he has launched the Garth Channel on TuneIn and will funnel music to that platform. He also voiced that he would like to record the final shows in March. Beyond that, he does not appear to have plans for any touring.
Brooks went into retirement in 2004 but came out of retirement in 2009 to begin his Garth at Wynn residency. The residency ran until 2014 for 187 shows. Brooks doesn’t seem to be hinting at any sort of retirement. As he told USA Today, “If there was a guy who said I’ll do this the rest of my life, it would be me.”
