My Thoughts on Las Vegas USA Casino – Key Findings

Las Vegas USA Casino has been in business since 1999. I expected such a long-standing gambling site to meet certain standards, but I was let down.

I found an uninspiring game selection, a dysfunctional interface, and poor bonuses.

The terms and conditions were perplexing to the point of seeming purposeful, and customer support offered very little help.

Its subpar reputation reflects that many other players have had similar experiences. However, this site does have free play.

I would suggest proceeding with caution if you’re going to deposit real money, and I advise against claiming a bonus.

This would be an appropriate casino for someone who wants to take advantage of free play at no risk to their wallet.

What I Loved

  • I could play games for free when logged out of my account.
  • SpinLogic (RTG) provides games that are certified to be fair by a third-party testing facility.
  • Withdrawals don’t have any fees as long as you wager your deposit five times.

Room for Improvement

  • There are no live dealer games.
  • The terms and conditions on this site are confusing and missing crucial information.
  • Some bonus rollover requirements can be as high as 90x.

My Gambling Session Details

I spent about four days playing at Las Vegas USA Casino. Once I registered for an account, I deposited $25 with my Visa and started playing slots.

Primal Warriors Legacy was the new featured game, and I played about 20 spins of that with little luck. I tried a couple of other games, including Interstellar 7s, and got back to my $25 initial stack.

Over the next couple of days I played various slots, video poker, and table games.

At one point, I was able to run my deposit up to around $70, but from there, I slowly bled off until eventually busting my deposit. However, I was able to play four days’ worth of sessions on a $25 deposit, which isn’t bad at all.

I didn’t get a chance to cash out because the minimum withdrawal is quite high, at $150, and I ran into several issues, such as confusing rules, poor customer support, and somewhat limited game selection.

2.0

This casino has a somewhat shaky reputation. There are positive reviews on other affiliate sites, but most player comments were negative.

Here are a few examples.

Shady Terms and Hard-to-Win

The terms are shady, and the gameplay rarely ever hits.

Most times, if you actually hit and go to cash out, they will find some sort of reason why you breached some crazy term and are not able to cash out.

A “Free” Bonus Tricked Me Out of My Winnings

I got a free $20 bonus. Well I was playing Wildfire 7 and I hit the jackpot for 1015. I look at the rules and it said I could only withdraw one hundred and fifty.

So I was playing and all of the sudden I only had 115. So I decided I would cash it out only to find out I can’t withdraw less then 150. So they made sure I couldn’t have any of it.

My Reflections About Las Vegas USA’s Player Complaints

Overall, this site doesn’t have a good reputation online. But it has been in business for over 15 years, and that says something.

Many of the complaints are about problems withdrawing. I didn’t meet the minimum required to cash out at this site, so I cannot verify that the process is difficult.

However, I can confirm that customer support was unhelpful, and the terms and conditions are unclear.

The combination of the two can make it hard to get a payout, and it certainly doesn’t help build trust in this casino.

Myths Busted About Las Vegas USA Casino

There are a couple of myths about this site that I can disprove.

Myth #1: Games Are Rigged

While other facets of this online casino raise some red flags, the games are one aspect you can trust.

This site is powered by RealTime Gaming, a trusted software developer that uses a Random Number Generator to produce unpredictable results.

They have an official certificate of RNG evaluation from the accredited testing facility, Central Disputes System Certified.

Myth #2: They Don’t Pay the Players

Many players have complained of their withdrawals being denied. I don’t blame them.

However, it is usually because they didn’t meet bonus requirements or inadvertently broke the site’s rules.

The terms and conditions on this site are difficult to follow. However, the casino will pay out as long as you meet their requirements.

1.0

Las Vegas USA Casino has a handful of bonuses and promotions, but the terms and conditions could be much better.

Many of them have rollover requirements that start at 40x for slots, Keno, and scratch cards. Video poker and most table games are at 90x, which is an outrageous number.

Getting better rollover requirements at this site is possible, but you have to be a very active member.

Those who deposit and play frequently may be able to achieve Platinum and Diamond status, at which point you can unlock access to 30x rollover requirements for slots, Keno, and scratch cards, but even then, video poker and most table games are still 50x.

I’ll give you the details of two promotions below so you can understand why I advise against them.

las vegas usa casino sign up bonus

Las Vegas USA Casino Welcome Bonus

This bonus matches 400% up to $500 and has 50x rollover requirements.

It can be used to play some slots, Keno, and scratch cards, but the terms and conditions don’t specify which slots are eligible. It also says winnings from rounds played on restricted games will be removed from your withdrawal.

The most you can cash out with this offer is $2,000. Let’s do the math.

If you deposit the minimum amount of $25, the casino will give you $100 extra to play with, which is non-cashable, by the way.

You now must wager your deposit plus the bonus amount 50 times, which is $6,250. Now you’re stuck, only able to withdraw $2,000, so there’s no recouping of the money you spent.

Las Vegas USA vs Other Casinos – Welcome Bonus

150% Up to $5,000 Crypto BONUS

Las Vegas USA Casino Crypto Bonus

This offer seemed like the “best” deal out of all. It matches 150% up to $5,000 on crypto deposits. You can claim it twice a day, and the max cashout is $5,000.

The rollover requirements are 25x. The rules say that games contribute 100%, 50%, or 25% to clearing the rollover, but they don’t specify which ones.

In addition, the general terms and conditions state that video poker requires a 90x playthrough.

Does that apply here, or do the bonus terms overwrite that? There’s a lot of room for misinterpretation.

When I asked customer support about it, they were evasive. I would skip any bonus with ambiguous terms like this.

My Reflections on Las Vegas USA Casino Bonuses

Las Vegas USA Casino has an average amount of bonuses but very few with fair terms and conditions. On top of that, they’re confusing in a way that almost seems intentional.

While this site offers two crypto bonuses with 25x rollover requirements, the information about them is very vague. I had to ask customer support multiple times for clarification, and they hesitated to answer my questions.

Also, it was difficult to determine how much games contribute to bonus rollover requirements.

Due to the unreasonable terms and lack of clear information, I wouldn’t recommend claiming a bonus at this site.

If you are dead set on claiming a bonus here, I would suggest proceeding cautiously, gathering as much information as possible, and following the rules very closely.

One redeeming quality about this site is that it has a VIP rewards program. You earn comp points while you play, which can eventually be redeemed for cash.

The more points you earn, the higher you climb the tiers and can get access to better bonus rollover requirements.

2.5

Las Vegas USA Casino is a single-provider casino using RealTime Gaming software for its casino games. There are 229 standard casino games and 12 Live Dealer games from Visionary iGaming.

While the number of games is smaller than that of some US online casinos, many are high quality.

The casino’s highlight is its slot and video poker libraries. Table games are substandard because of their variety.

I’m not a fan of the Live Dealer games, as I feel they are inferior quality and have high minimum limits. Continue reading to learn more about the different games at this casino.

My Top Game Picks

Below are some of my favorite casino games at Las Vegas USA Casino, including those I played during this session.

Primal Warriors Legacy

Primal Warriors Legacy

Primal Warriors Legacy was the new featured game, and I played about 20 spins of that with little luck.

It reminded me of Planet of the Apes, which has a Hold & Spin feature with four fixed jackpots up to 1,000x your bet.

Sweet Shop Collect

Sweet Shop Collect Slot Logo

Sweet Shop Collect is a Candy Crush-style game with a Candy Collect feature that fills and bursts randomly to award a special prize.

However, the randomness can sometimes feel frustrating rather than fun.

It’s simple, colorful, and oddly satisfying. The game offers bright graphics and familiar mechanics.

Interstellar 7s

Interstellar 7s

I love Interstellar 7s because it is a classic-themed slot with a fantastic bonus game with fixed prizes, free spin rounds, and a 1,000x jackpot prize.

I just enjoy simple betting games that hit often.

Lucky 7s

Lucky 7 Logo

I like  Lucky 7s because it lets you bet whether the next card will be above or below a 7.

If you like classic slots with a nostalgic feel, Lucky 7s could be a nice, relaxing option.

On the downside, it lacks the flashy animations or complex bonus games of more modern slots.

The Three Stooges Brideless Groom

The Three Stooges Brideless Groom

I love this these three, and The Three Stooges Brideless Groom features the beloved trio with re-spins, pick feature, and Lucky Stooge Spins with up to 33 free spins.

On the flip side, the graphics feel a bit dated compared to newer slot games.

I’ll get into my experience gambling at this casino and share the details about each category and any issues I had along the way.

slots

Interstellar 7s

One of the main reasons to play at this casino is the slot library. There are 197 games to choose from, with 93 having progressive jackpots.

The variety of online slots is better than some casinos, with a mix of video slots, cascading reel slots, scatter-pay slots, and more. I enjoyed the quality of the games, with many having high-quality animations and soundtracks.

If you’re a jackpot chaser, this is a good casino, as there are over 90 jackpots with prizes up to $1.5 million.

The Progressives section only lists the top jackpots, so you will need to sort games in the Slots section by Jackpot to find all progressive games.

I had a lot of fun playing slots here. Some games I tried included Interstellar 7s, Shelltastic Wins, Neon Wheel 7s, and Fire Dragon.

My best sessions were on Interstellar 7s, where I triggered the bonus wheel three times, two of which resulted in free spins.

While the library is limited due to its size, the overall quality of games makes this casino worth checking out.

As I mentioned above, only some slots contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement, but there’s not much info about which ones.

Las Vegas USA Casino vs. Industry Average – Number of Slots

Blackjack

Perfect Pair Blackjack

Only three blackjack options are available at this casino.

Under the Table Games section, you can choose from standard blackjack, Suit ‘Em Up Blackjack, or Perfect Pair Blackjack.

The graphics and game design are average but still offer solid gameplay.

I started with basic blackjack and lost the first three hands, eventually winning the fourth. Next, I played Perfect Pairs, where I broke even

If you want to maximize your odds, stick to traditional blackjack games and learn basic strategy. This will help you reduce the house edge to around 0.5%.

Unfortunately, blackjack games do not count toward the wagering requirement, so don’t play them on a bonus.

.

Roulette

European Roulette

Online roulette players will be slightly disappointed as there is only one European Roulette option in the Specialty Games section.

The game design is basic but provides an adequate gaming experience.

The good news is that the 97.3% RTP is as good as it gets for standard roulette games.

I played a few rounds of roulette and broke even until the last three spins, where I hit three spins in a row, finishing up around $5.

Roulette does not contribute towards the wagering requirement, so don’t play this game as a bonus.

Other Table Games

Teen Patti

There are only ten table game options at this casino besides blackjack.

You can play Baccarat, Caribbean Stud Poker, Caribbean Hold’em Poker, Let ‘Em Ride, Tri-Card Poker, 32 Cards, Lucky 7, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and Akbar Romeo Walter.

The quality of the games is mixed. Some older games, like Tri Card Poker, are a bit basic.

Some newer games, like Teen Patti, have improved graphics and gameplay. While all games provide a solid experience, some are painfully dated.

Table games do not contribute towards wagering requirements, so don’t play them on a bonus.

Video Poker

Double Double Bonus Poker

Online video poker is always a highlight of Spinlogic Gaming casinos.

There are 15 options, including popular favorites like Jacks or Better, Double Double Bonus Poker, Double Double Jackpot Poker, and Deuces Wild.

The paytables are average to above average for most games, and the limits are reasonable, starting at just .05 per credit or .25 per max credit hand.

Other than slots, I played more video poker than anything else.

I had a couple of nice hits on Double Double Jackpot Poker, including a straight flush. One thing I wish they offered is multi-hand video poker variants.

You can play video poker games on a bonus, but your playthrough is more than doubled. If a bonus requires a 40x rollover for slots, the rollover for video poker is 90x.

Casual Games – Specialty Games

Banana Jones

The specialty games section is the smallest at the casino. There are only three games in the casual games section.

You can play Keno, Banana Jones, and Fish Catch.

The Keno option is extremely basic in design. However, it has excellent profit potential, with a top prize of 100,000x your bet.

Banana Jones is a cute board game-style slot, while Fish Catch is a skill-based game where you try to catch fish for prizes.

Of the four games, Keno is the only option you can play on a bonus.

It contributes 100% toward the wagering requirement. I triedBanana Jones and won a couple of bucks, but I didn’t have much luck at Keno.

Live Dealer Games

Live Dealer Blackjack

Visionary iGaming provides Live Dealer games. There are 12 tables for Live Dealer blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Super 6.

To be honest, I would avoid the Live Dealer games at this casino. I tried playing Live Roulette and found the video quality to be poor.

The dealers did not look like they wanted to be there and did not interact with players. It was not a good experience.

I didn’t play anything else here because the minimum bets are too high.

The minimum bets are $10 for blackjack and $5 for Super 6 and Baccarat.

Roulette games have a $1 minimum. The whole purpose of Live Dealer games is to simulate a brick-and-mortar-style gaming experience.

These games fall flat, and I think you’ll enjoy the standard tabletop games more.

Also, live games do not contribute to the rollover on bonuses, so don’t bother playing them on a bonus.

3.5

Las Vegas USA Casino offers a solid variety of banking methods, and upfront, it looks like none of them have fees. However, a few inconspicuous terms and conditions can affect that.

I will go over all of the ways you can deposit and withdraw at this site and explain the details so you can see what might work best for you.

Deposit Options Summary

You can deposit using four major credit cards or six types of crypto. None of the methods have fees, and they are all fast.

I had no problems depositing at Las Vegas USA Casino. I deposited $25 using my Visa card, and the process was simple.

After logging in, I went to the cashier. It defaults to deposit options, and from there, I clicked on Credit & Debit Cards.

The first time you deposit with a credit card, you must fill out an Authorization Agreement that requires your birthday and the last four of your social security number.

After entering this information, I could enter my Visa number and deposit amount. Once submitted, it took about 30 seconds to process. My payment went through the first time without issue.

If you have problems with your Visa or do not wish to fill out the Authorization Agreement, I suggest you use Litecoin.

It has the lowest miner fees of all cryptos, and no extra forms are needed.

Las Vegas USA Withdrawal Options

You can withdraw using bank transfers, checks by Courier, checks by mail, or crypto.

  • Is Verification Required? Yes, you must fill out the Faxback form, which involves sending a picture of the front and back of your ID and any credit cards used to deposit.
  • Fastest Withdrawal Method: Tether – 48 hours after processing

I couldn’t withdraw at this casino since the minimums were so high. I can’t vouch for how the process goes, but there have been many player complaints about the speed of payouts.

The site says withdrawals may take up to two weeks to process and that Bitcoin was the fastest method at 48 hours.

Also, despite claiming to charge no fees, there is a catch in the terms and conditions.

You must wager your deposit amount five times, or you will be charged processing fees according to the method you use to withdraw.

Las Vegas USA Vs Other Casinos – Withdrawal Methods

2.0

There are two ways to contact support at Las Vegas USA: e-mail and live chat. Here are the details of each channel.

Here’s How I Tested

Let’s look at how it went with live chat and email.

Live Chat

I opened live chat a lot throughout this review. Many times, they were short and accommodating.

When I had a question about game contribution rates for bonus rollover requirements, they told me they didn’t have that information.

When I pressed further, they finally revealed most of them, but even then, it wasn’t a complete list.

Why did they say they didn’t know, and why were they reluctant to tell me? It was strange and suspicious.

I had a similar experience when I asked where the casino was licensed.

Email

Since live chat still left some doubt about game contribution rates, I decided to try email.

They responded to me about an hour after I sent it, which was an extremely quick turnaround time, but they gave me zero answers.

They simply told me to go read the terms and conditions.

My Experience With Las Vegas USA Casino’s Support

Customer support at Las Vegas USA was lackluster, to say the least. The agents were quick to dismiss me and had trouble answering my questions.

They often parroted what the terms and conditions said, which was discouraging since the vague terms and conditions led me to ask the questions in the first place.

Overall, they were very unhelpful.

Their inability to provide me with essential information and their uncooperative approach made it apparent I was on my own.

I usually recommend one contact method over the other, but neither did a good job in this case.

Las Vegas USA Customer Service vs. Other Casinos

Las Vegas USA Mobile UX

Las Vegas USA Casino has remained largely unchanged since its launch a long time ago. It still sports a simple interface with basic navigation.

I would expect a casino named after the US gambling capital to offer an amazing experience. However, when I began exploring, I encountered significant navigation issues.

The games are categorized into slots, table games, video poker, specialties, and progressives, all on the home page.

I should have been able to click on each category to explore them individually, but doing so only took me to a blank page.

I was forced to stay on the home page and scroll through each section 10 games at a time.

Also, there is very little information about the titles, so RTPs were hard to find.

On the branding side, I feel the comments from other players online are a major red flag. Plus, I was really disappointed by the lack of clear information and the unresponsive attitude of the staff.

The site is fully optimized for mobile, and the games ran smoothly on my phone. However, this convenience doesn’t offset my overall negative experience.

The Best Features

  • Most games run well on mobile with no issues.
  • This site uses the same simple design as other RTG casinos.
  • RTG games and lots of progressive slots.
  • Las Vegas USA offers free play in almost every game.

My Verdict

This casino has a rating of 2.1/5

Las Vegas Casino USA may have been around since 1999, but it doesn’t have what it takes to be an appealing gambling site today.

It needs to expand its game selection, improve customer support, clearly define its terms and conditions, and work on repairing its reputation.

Regardless, you can still play here for free without creating an account.

I would recommend this site to players who aren’t going to claim a promotion and want to try games in practice mode.
