Lucky Creek Casino hasn’t responded to users on Trustpilot or Quora.

I did see where it resolved a complaint lodged with an industry watchdog (LCB) about a withdrawal issue.

While this resolution shows them in a positive light, I would like to see the casino respond to reported issues on Trustpilot.

Myths Busted About Lucky Creek Casino

While this online casino is certainly not perfect, I saw complaints that bordered on myths.

I mentioned in my key findings that this online casino is a throwback with its heavy Western theme.

I only felt stronger about this statement after seeing that the site was giving away a $31,000 Ford Bronco. Car giveaways were common years ago, but I don’t see this promo much nowadays.

The welcome bonus stands out for its significant match percentage and maximum amount. The crypto offer features an even larger match and is a worthwhile reload bonus.

These promotions have the same drawback because they only allow up to $1,000 in winnings, and have a 60x wagering requirement.

Lucky Creek bonuses with 101% matches or higher limit winnings to $1k. Meanwhile, offers with 100% matches or less allow unlimited winnings.

I still think that the 101% matches and above are worthwhile, but they will cap your wins during a hot streak.

I looked at other bonuses to provide you with more examples. These offers stood out less than those I highlighted before, but some may be worthwhile.

I would rate the slots variety and game quality as average.

I tried European blackjack, and I’m unsure which software provider it’s from. No RTP figure is in the info screen, but I estimate the payback to be 99.65% after running the rules through a tool.

My experiences backed up this lofty RTP since I broke even after playing a couple dozen hands.

Unfortunately, blackjack only contributes 5% towards bonus wagering requirements.

Here’s How I Tested

The casino’s interface is straightforward to use on desktop and mobile devices.

Once you create your account, you’re greeted by the homepage, which is mainly focused on displaying the games catalog.

The navigation menu is placed on the left side of the screen (expandable upper left corner menu for mobile).

I like that games are divided into different categories and that you can search for individual games.

However, I would’ve loved to see more granular search options, like being able to filter by game developer.
