Myths Busted About Royal Ace

I’m going to cover some myths about Royal Ace Casino. One can dispel based on fact, but the other I cannot 100% prove false.

Discovering the bonuses at Royal Ace was incredibly challenging.

Before I logged in, there was a 200% up to $4,000 welcome package, but once I signed into my account, it disappeared. I asked live chat about it, and they told me it had expired.

They offered me a different bonus with a 280% deposit match that I couldn’t track down anywhere on the site other than in our live chat conversation. 

I only found two offers on the promotions page, but the terms and conditions were reasonable, albeit a little confusing. The rollover requirements were low compared to other sites, and there were no max cashouts.

Usually, this is my favorite part of the review, but I wasn’t blown away by the games at Royal Ace Casino. The selection is small, with only a few titles in some categories.

The entire site is powered by SpinLogic Gaming (a continuation of RealTime Gaming), so many of the games and graphics have a similar feel. Visionary iGaming powers the live dealer section.

There is no information about the titles, so I had to Google their RTPs. Plus, specialty games don’t have their own category, making them nearly impossible to find.

The site was clunky and outdated, adding to an overall substandard experience.

Let’s get into the ups and downs of my gambling session at Royal Ace. I’ll share the games I played, information about each category, and anything out of the ordinary I noticed.

I started with $30 in my account and played Beary Wild first, which boosted my balance to $2.40. Next, I played Paddy’s Lucky Forest, but I didn’t experience any Luck o’ the Irish.

Lastly, I played T-Rex Wild Attack. Although I started off strong, and the RTPs of these games were around 95/96%, I ended with $26.66 in my account. 

There are 177 online slots at Royal Ace, which is a minimal number compared to most online casinos.

Since all of them are from one developer, the game formats can be a bit redundant. I also didn’t enjoy having to use Google to look up the RTP information.

Overall, some of the games felt outdated, and I think the selection could be improved.

Blackjack

There were only three games in this category, and they all had a $5 minimum. So, I chose one to conserve my bankroll: classic blackjack. I lost my first hand and was unwilling to spend more, so I had to end my session at $21.66.

I tried the other two in practice mode to get a feel for them, and they all looked exactly the same.

None of the games had RTP information, but online blackjack tends to be around 99.5%. The titles this site offered were classic blackjack, Perfect Pairs, and Suit’ Em Up. 

It’s a pretty abysmal selection compared to other online casinos. Blackjack is quite a popular game, so I was surprised to see so few options.

You can play blackjack with a bonus unless it says otherwise in the terms and conditions.

Roulette

There is one roulette option at this casino. At least it’s European, which has the better RTP than American at 97.3%. I lost three rounds and won two, bringing my balance to $19.66.

There are certainly better sites for roulette fans than this. One title is a sad offering. Not only that, but it was challenging to find.

At first, I thought the casino didn’t offer roulette at all because it wasn’t under the table games category. I only discovered it by using the search bar.

The game itself was basic, but it functioned well.

Other Table Games

All of the games in this category had a minimum bet of $4. Knowing I had to play carefully, I decided to start with baccarat, but it wasn’t my lucky day. I lost the first hand, putting my account at $15.66.

Since it ate up quite a bit in one round, I tried Andar Bahar and Teen Pattie in practice mode and did a little better there.

There are seven “other” table games, including the ones I mentioned above, plus Akbar Romeo Walter, Lucky 7, Tri-Card poker, 32, and 32 Cards.

The graphics were straightforward, and the games played smoothly. It’s a decent variety but a rather small number of titles, and I was let down by the high minimum for wagers. 

The RTPs in this category can range from 94-97.5%. Wagering on craps, baccarat, Pai Gow Poker, Pontoon 21, War, Sic Bo with a bonus is not permitted.

Video Poker

The first video poker game I played was Double Double Bonus Poker, where I mostly broke even. Next, I played Deuces Wild, which brought me down to $15.21. Finally, I played Aces and Eights and ended with $15.41 in my account.

The video poker selection is decent and has a nice variety among the 15 titles. Again, the RTPs of these games were nowhere to be found, but video poker is typically between 99.2-99.7%.

All of the games played well, and I appreciated the low bet minimums.

There was no category for them for specialty games at this site. I used the search bar to look for every game I could think of that might fall under this umbrella.

Keno was the only one that appeared, so I played several rounds and didn’t win anything. 

Thinking that was the sole specialty game, I almost called it quits. Then I remembered Fish Catch and Banana Jones being mentioned in the terms and conditions as ineligible for bonus play.

I looked those up and played a few rounds of each. I ended at $14.41.

This part of the casino was another disappointment. I searched for Bingo, crash games, mining games, Plinko, scratch cards, and more, but nothing came up.

If I hadn’t known about Fish Catch and Banana Jones, I would have overlooked them. Three titles is a pretty pathetic selection compared to other sites, and without its own category, it feels like an afterthought.

You can wager on Keno with a bonus, but not Fish Catch or Banana Jones.

Live Dealer Games

I decided to start with roulette which had the lowest bet minimums at $1. However, when I joined the tables, the minimum became $5. That was frustrating, but I went for it anyway.

Luckily, I won, and brought my balance up to $19.41. With that, I played blackjack next where all minimums were $10 and I lost.

I wrapped up my session with Baccarat, where I lost again and ended with $4.41 in my account.

I didn’t like that the table limits weren’t as advertised. If the bet minimum says $1, it shouldn’t change when I join the game. Other than that, the HD streaming was clear, and the dealers were friendly.

I contacted customer service numerous times through the two available methods: live chat and email. I got the impression I wasn’t going to get the answers I was looking for. I’ll go into detail about how my encounters went.

From my experience at Royal Ace, I found the overall user experience lacking in several key areas.

At first glance, the site looks outdated and cluttered, which made navigating it a challenge. The confusing terms and conditions further added to the frustration. The interface did not help in creating a positive first impression.

The most disappointing aspect of Royal Ace is its customer service. The support team is unresponsive and unhelpful. Reliable customer service is crucial when dealing with sensitive issues related to money.

Unfortunately, this casino fails in this regard, which significantly impacts the overall experience.

The casino offers a limited selection of games. This lack of variety can make the gaming experience dull and repetitive.

Performance issues and poor customer support overshadowed any positives.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Royal Ace Casino. The poor customer service and technical issues make it hard to enjoy the games they offer.
