My Opinion on Silver Oak – Key Findings
On the surface, Silver Oak Casino is a good-looking site that’s easy to use. The gaming is decent for slots but lacking in other areas.
However, the site really falls off in terms of customer support and payouts.
Support is slow to respond, and payouts are slower than at any casino I’ve played at in a while.
I only recommend playing here with a smaller bankroll and one you don’t care about losing.
Personally, the payout delays make this a casino I would not play at again.
What I Loved
- High-quality slots and 75 progressive jackpots.
- Most casino bonuses have a low rollover and include free spins or a free chip.
- Simple layout makes it easy for new players to get started.
Room for Improvement
- Consistent delays in payouts, with some payments taking a month or more.
- Fees of up to $40 on most payouts.
- Live Dealer library is substandard and is not suitable for low stakes players.

My Gambling Session Details
If you include payout times, I spent three weeks playing at this casino.
When I first visited Silver Oak Casino, I logged into with my Inclave account and added access to the casino. Afterwards, I deposited $30 with Changelly.
After depositing, I spent the next couple of days playing video poker and slots.
I usually run up my balance with video poker, but this time I hit a couple of nice wins in Wonder Reels and The Mariachi 5 to bring my account to $103.
I learned that the only fee free option to cash out was by cashing out exactly $100 with Litecoin, so that’s what I did.
Unfortunately, it took two weeks to get my money, which is ridiculous for crypto.
What I liked best about this casino is the ease of use. The site is well laid out for beginners. I also enjoyed the slots selection, particularly since they were actually profitable.
What I don’t enjoy are the painfully slow payouts and money grabs from withdrawal fees.
Silver Oak Casino has a horrible reputation with players, and for good reason.
The casino is plagued with a history of slow payments. The comments below from Trustpilot and AskGamblers highlight this issue.
Endless Customer Service Loop Without a Payout
“Requested a withdrawal on Oct 28 and was approved on Nov 10. The withdrawal was made by Bitcoin.
I used CREWPON bonus that came with no max cash out and 15x playthrough.
Live chatted several times with customer service and escalated twice yet the money has yet to be deposited into my Bitcoin wallet.”
DANNYDT, AskGamblers
Keep Getting “Escalated” Without Getting Paid
“I have been waiting weeks to get a 450$ withdrawal. Was told 7-10 days then another 7 business days after I was approved.
Then after I was approved I was told I was “escalated” and to wait another 3 business days.
Now I have been escalated again and told to wait another 3 business days. What a joke.”
Skohlbrand, AskGamblers
Fast Deposits, Lengthy Withdrawals
“I put in for withdraw [Sic] it was approved by a manager but never received [Sic] Get email and on-site message saying congratulations yet still no money in the account.
Then was told [Sic] was not approved because of no deposit between coupons but all coupons had no deposit and it withdraw limits except for 100.00 on free spins. My withdraw was for 96 [Sic] bit was supposed to add the verification deposit from crypto didn’t get any of that.”
Wes Morris, Trustpilot
My Reflections on Silver Oak’s Player Complaints
There are multiple complaints about players not getting paid, only for customer support to reveal that they violated the terms of a deposit bonus or no deposit bonus.
This is quite common for most casinos, and while frustrating, this is not an issue caused by the casino.
All 26 reviews on Trustpilot for Silver Oak Casino are negative with most being complaints over payment time.
As I will cover more in the banking section of this review, the terms of withdrawals make it clear that payments will be delayed.
This will likely be an ongoing issue with this casino, so I urge you to use caution when playing here.
Myths and Truths About Silver Oak
Silver Oak Casino has a couple of myths floating around about them, but in this case, I feel that the casino’s practices have led to people formulating these myths.
Read more to see what I mean.
Myth #1 – The Site Doesn’t Pay
Silver Oak is partially at fault for this rumor existing.
The site has a long history of being extremely slow with payments, and the terms of withdrawals let you know that payments will be slower than most casinos.
That doesn’t mean they don’t pay, but it could take up to a month or more to get your money, which is ridiculous.
Another common issue I see associated with this myth are people that try and cash out bonuses before clearing them.
There are several complaints from people that attempted to cash out bonuses before clearing, only to have them voided.
Make sure you read the terms of your bonuses and verify you’ve cleared them before cashing out.
Myth #2 – Unresponsive Support
Again, this is another myth that the casino has partial responsibility in.
As I mention in the customer support section, their agents take way too long to answer.
I waited up to 45 minutes in one setting for an agent.
Most people will give up long before this.
Sadly, this is another pattern from the casino, and thus leads to people thinking support will never answer.
Silver Oak Casino has fewer ongoing promotional offers than other online casinos and no “welcome bonus.”
However, if you’re primarily a slots player, the bonuses available are a bit better than some casinos.
Terms of bonuses vary, but ongoing offers are primarily confined to slots and Keno games. The playthrough is a bit better than most casinos, with offers currently having a 15 to 20x rollover.
Pay close attention to the terms of bonuses. Generally, there is no max playthrough and a $10 max bet, which is good.
However, there is a clause in the terms stating that if you play anything other than allowed games, your winnings may be voided and these terms even apply after you complete the playthrough requirements.
Also, if any bonuses are offered that allow for all games to be used, you still are required to play 50% of your bonus on slots.
My Recommended Bonuses
While there are only a handful of promotions offered at Silver Oak Casino, there are a couple that stand out above the rest.
Let’s look at them.
Game of the Month – 220% Bonus + 70 Free Spins
The Game of the Month bonus is the best overall offer at this casino.
Deposit $30 or more for a 220% match bonus plus 70 free spins on the featured game of the month.
The rollover is just 15x on both free spins and the match bonus, and there is no max cashout.
Best of all, this offer can be used four time per month, giving you a total of 280 free spins over four depoists.
This is the best bonus at this casino, particularly for those looking for free spins.
Top Bonus
Silver Oak vs Other Casinos – Top Bonus
260% Bonus + 35 Free Spins
Deposit $30 or more using code Silver260 for a 260% match bonus and 35 free spins on Neon Wheel 7s.
This bonus can only be used on slots and Keno and has a low 15x rollover on both the bonus and free spin winnings.
It also has no max cashout. This deposit bonus is good for those wanting some free spins to go with their bonus boost.
My Perspective on Silver Oak’s Bonuses
The bonuses at this casino are great if you’re a slots player. The rollovers are low, and most offer free spins or some form of free reward.
However, if you play anything other than slots or Keno, the current offers are a waste of time.
The overall variety is less than you see with many US online casinos and I’d like to see the addition of some form of welcome offer.
The terms also need to be modified to make future bonuses to those of us who like to play something other than slots.
Other Bonuses I Reviewed
Here are other casino bonuses that I checked out while writing this review.
You don’t need codes to claim these promotions.
BONUS | BONUS TYPE | ROLLOVER |
---|---|---|
Crewpon – 240% Bonus + Monthly Free Chip | Monthly | 20x |
20% Extra for Litecoin Deposits | Crypto | 30x |
Game of the Week – 320% Bonus + 30 Free Spins | Weekly | 15x |
Silver Oak Casino uses software from SpinLogic Games, meaning that it’s a single-provider casino.
If you’ve played at any SpinLogic casino in the past, you know what to expect from this casino in terms of gaming.
The library is decent, with slots being the strong point of the casino. Video poker is another strong point of the casino, with more games than many online casinos.
However, the rest of the library is lacking. There are few table games and no the Live Dealer library is not suitable for small bankrolls.
Even slots players may get bored quickly as there are fewer than 200 total games and many are showing their age.
However, if you’re new to online casinos, this could be a good starter casino. The layout is simple and games are easy to find.

My Top Game Picks
Below are some of my favorite casino games, including those I played during this session.
Spooky Wins
Spooky Wins is a Halloween-themed slot game with Wild and Expanding Reels and bonus wheel feature with massive prizes.
Pyramid Pets
Pyramid Pets is a Egyptian pet-themed game with cascading wins with multipliers and free spins with doubling multipliers starting at 3x.
The Mariachi 5
The Mariachi 5 is an All Ways Pay Day of the Deal themed slot with a pick a feature bonus game.
Shelltastic Wins
Shelltastic Wins is an aquatic-themed slot with cascading wins and a free spins game with multipliers up to 100x.
Akbar Romeo Walter
Akbar Romeo Walter is one of the newest table games where you’re betting on the denomination of the next card drawn.
slots
The strength of this casino is its slots section. Being a single-provider casino, there are only 174 total games.
While a smaller library of games, there is a decent vareity. You can sort games by name, most popular, by jackpot, or by themes.
I really like the theme sort as they have 21 different themes to choose from, such as Asian, Irish, Ocen, Sci-Fi, TV, and more.
Jackpot chasers will appreciate this casino as there are 75 progressive jackpot slots.
Jackpots start at $100 and go up to around $50,000. While not the largest jackpots I’ve seen, you’ll have a better shot at hitting one over sites with six-figure jackpot games.
The one downside in terms of the slots library is that it is slow growing with only about one game per month being added on average.
During my play, I tried a mix of games that included Wonder Reels, Kong Fu, Pyramid Pets, Spooky Wins, Diamond Fiesta, and The Mariachi 5.
I found the games fun to play, and I got lucky in both Wonder Reels and The Mariachi 5, scoring big wins in both.
Slots are the only viable option for clearing a bonus. They contribute 100% toward any rollover, and all bonuses require that you play slots for at least part of the bonus.
Silver Oak vs Other Casinos – Number of Slots
Blackjack
Blackjack players are always going to be disappointed with any SpinLogic casino.
Silver Oak Casino only has three options for blackjack.
You can play the standard version, Perfect Pairs Blackjack, and Suit ‘Em Up Blackjack.
The games are relatively generic games that get the job done.
My best recommendation is to stick with standard blackjack and learn strategy. This can help you shave the house edge to under 1%.
Don’t bother to sign up with a bonus if you plan to play blackjack as they do not contribute to any of the current bonues and for the occasional “All Games Bonus” you must still play 50% of the bonus on slots.
Roulette
Roulette has fewer options than blackjack, with just a single table of European Roueltte located in the Specialty Games section.
The game design is basic and likely hasn’t been modified since it was first designed. The game has an RTP of 97.3%.
Again, skip using a bonus if you plan to play Roulette, as you’ll seldom find a bonus that includes table games.
If you do, table games require double the rollover of slots and Keno.
Other Table Games
The table games section is limited in scope.
There are seven games besides blackjack, consisting of 32 Cards, Tri Card Poker, Baccarat, Lucky 7, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and Akbar Romeo Walter.
Many of these table games are newer to the casino, so they have better graphics and sound quality than the blackjack and roulette games.
I played a little Tri Card Poker and Akbar Romeo Walter.
While the games were fun, the overall variety is worse than most US online casinos.
Again, table games are not good to play on a bonus, so skip a bonus if you plan to play them.
Video Poker
The other strength of this casino is the video poker section.
There are 15 variants available, including traditional favorites like Joker Poker, Double Double Bonus Poker, Deuces Wild, and Sevens Wild.
The pay tables at this casino are “ok,” but not as good as some online casinos.
The thing I like about playing video poker here is that there are low stakes options starting at .05 per credit, or .25 per hand.
This is great for smaller bankrolls. I played a good amount of Jacks or Better and Double Double Bonus Poker but didn’t have a lot of luck.
None of the current bonuses allow for video poker play and all games bonuses will have the same restrictions as table games.
Specialty Games
Like many SpinLogic casinos, the specialty games section is limited to Keno, Banana Jones, Fish Catch, and European Roulette.
Fish Catch is the only skill based slot at this casino, giving you a chance to slightly improve your odds with skill. Banana Jones is a fun board game slot.
Keno is your standard option for the game, allowing you to play rounds for as little as a penny.
The graphics and layout are very basic, indicating its one of the older games at the casino.
This game has a top prize of 100,000x your bet and is the only game besides slots that’s playable on all bonuses.
The Specialty Games section is much smaller than other casinos.
While the games are fun, the lack of variety barely makes it worth checking out.
Live Dealer
The Live Dealer library is offered through Visionary Gaming, a subsidiary of Spinlogic Games.
There are 12 options available consisting of Live Dealer Blackjack, Roulette, Super Six, and Baccarat tables.
Honestly, I almost would rather not have Live Dealer games at all than have them from this provider.
First, the presentation is substandard compared to other Live Dealer operators.
The video quality is subpar, and the dealers barely interact with players.
Most look like they are miserable. It is not a good experience. Next, the table limits are too high for standard bankrolls.
The lowest limits are for Roulette at $1 per bet. Baccarat and Super 6 both have $5 minimum bets and you’ll be playing $10 per hand at Blackjack.
I didn’t bother playing any of the Live Dealer tables, and you’d be better off avoiding them too.
I found the deposit options for Silver Oak Casino to be average and on par with many US online casinos.
The variety is what you’d expect in credit cards and crypto with minimum deposits that are on par with other sites.
Withdrawal options are a bit more limited, which is on par with most Inclave online casinos, but a bit substandard compared to other US online casinos.
The biggest downside is the fees, there are fees on all options for withdrawal, including Bitcoin.
Deposit Options Summary
You can deposit using credit cards and crypto. For credit cards, your options are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
However, the site has a lot of issues with Visa, so you may want to consider using one of the other options.
There are plenty of crypto options to use. You can deposit with Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, USD Coin, Tether, and Bitcoin Lightning.
Changelly deposits are also available, but I would not recommend using them due to high fees.
See more about that below.
- Fastest Deposit Method: MasterCard – Instant
- Deposit fees: No
My Recommended Deposit Method: MasterCard
Generally, I recommend depositing with Visa or American Express, but in this case, I had difficulties in using credit cards.
Three different cards failed and customer support could only suggest waiting a few hours or try another method.
Ultimately, I made my deposit with Changelly.
Changelly lets you purchase crypto through Moonpay with your debit or credit card. Before depositing, you must undergo a verification process requiring a verification of a test deposit entering your social security number.
I’ve used Moonpay in the past to buy and sell crypto, so I wasn’t worried about giving my info, but it is not for you if you do not feel comfortable giving out sensitive information.
My deposit credited in 15 minutes. Overall, the process went smoothly. However, I only received $24 of the $30 deposited.
Support confirmed that Changelly only sent $24 of the $30 deposit, meaning they took 20% of the deposit for fees. That’s a bit excessive, and as such, I don’t recommend you use them.
For this casino, I suggest you use MasterCard or American Express first.
If you’re comfortable with sending crypto manually use Litecoin for deposit rather than Changelly as you won’t pay 20% in fees.
Here’s a table with all the available deposit options.

Silver Oak Vs Other Casinos – Deposit Methods
Silver Oak Withdrawal Options
There are only three options available for withdrawals – Bitcoin, bank wire, and check.
The miinimum withdrawal for all options is $100 and there are fees for most withdrawals. Per the terms of the website, the timeframe for receiving withdrawals may be a bit exceessive.
First, the casino can take up to seven days to process your withdrawal request.
Afterwards, it can take 7 to 10 business days to receive payment.
However, their is also a clause that states that the casinos could pay either weekly or MONTHLY.
In other words, you could get paid in two weeks, or it may take a month. This policy is my guess to why there are many payment complaints about Silver Oak Casino.
You can find further details on their payment options and my recommendations below.
- Is Verification Required? Yes – Proof of Address and ID
- Fastest Withdrawal Method: Bitcoin – 48 Hours
My Recommended Payout Method: Litecoin
I’m going to give you two recommendations for withdrawals.
The first is Litecoin. Your only crypto option for cashing out is Litecoin and the minimum is $100.
You’ll get your money in around seven days after processing, which can take up to a week.
The other option that will be available only to players who have deposited $100 in crypto or more, is Coindraw.
This option is faster than others, but you’ll still wait three to seven days after processing.
I ran my balance to $103 and decided to cash out $100 with Litecoin. That was a good choice as the only withdrawal that does not incur a fee is exactly $100 with Litecoin.
All others incur a fee of up to $40. Before cashing out, I had to submit my verification documents, which took around 48 hours to process.
It took a week to for my withdrawal to be”approved.” Afterwards, it took about 8 days to get my money.
In all, it took two weeks to get paid. Sadly, this is the norm as other options can take up to a month.
While I was able to get my money, the payout process takes way too long.
Here’s a table with all the withdrawal methods available.
PAYOUT METHOD | MIN WITHDRAWAL | MAX WITHDRAWAL | SPEED | FEES |
---|---|---|---|---|
|
$100 | $2,500 | 2 Weeks | Up to $40 |
|
$100 | $2,500 | 2-4 Weeks | Up to $40 |
|
$100 | $2,500 | 2-4 Weeks | Up to $40 |
|
$100 | $2,500 | 10-14 Days | Up to $40 |
Silver Oak Vs Other Casinos – Withdrawal Methods
Silver Oak customer support is available through live chat, email, and phone number.
Here are the details of each channel
- Support Email Address: [email protected]
- Languages: English
- Live Chat: Yes
- Phone Number: 1-866-363-5321
- Response Time: Varies
Here’s How I Tested
Overall, I would rank customer support slightly below average compared to other online casinos.
The options for support are standard, but the wait times to reach an agent can be excessive.
There are some complaints about customer support not answering, and I have a feeling that is because of their slow response times.
FAQ
The casino has a relatively robust FAQ that answers many basic questions.
It is a bit better than the FAQs you see at some casinos, so it’s worth your time to check here first for general questions.
You can reach out to support via email at [email protected]. The reported response time is 48 hours.
Live Chat
Live chat will be your best option for reaching support. On average, it took me 30 minutes to reach an agent.
Once I reached an agent, I was able to get the answers needed. However, they are slow to respond to follow-up questions, so your chat session may take a while.
Wait times of 30 minutes or more for live chat is excessive and will lead to players giving up on agents.
Five minutes or less is standard for most of the industry, so they need to improve their response times to be more competitive.
My Experience With Silver Oak’s Support
Overall, customer support is somewhat underwhelming and frustrating.
Between the FAQs section and the live chat you’ll be able (with some patience) to get answers for simple questions and inquiries.
However, the slow response times for follow-up questions and how long they take to respond to emails, players with more nuanced or serious issues will likely need to exercise all of their patience to get their problems solved.
For this reason, I rate it slightly below average.
Silver Oak Vs Other Casinos – Customer Service
Silver Oak Casino presents a clean, straightforward design that makes it easy for users to navigate.
The website layout is user-friendly, particularly for those new to online casinos.
The game categories are well-organized, making it simple to find different types of games like slots and table games.
I personally liked how you can filter games by themes like “western.”
However, the site lacks modern design elements, which can make it feel a bit dated compared to other online casinos.
While the navigation is intuitive, the overall user experience is hindered by slow loading times and occasional lag, which can frustrate users.
Improvements in speed and modernizing the design would enhance the overall experience.
The Best Features
- User-friendly layout.
- Entertaining selection of slots.
- Sufficient video poker options.
- Good bonuses for slots and keno.

My Verdict
While I enjoy playing at Silver Oak Casino, I am not comfortable giving a full recommendation.
The casino has solid gaming, with excellent options for slots and video poker.
However, I was not impressed with customer support, and I don’t enjoy the payment delays that players consistently experience at this casino.
If you choose to play at this casino, realize you will likely be waiting a while to receive any winnings.
While this casino is not a “scam,” there are other casinos with similar gaming that pay out a lot faster.
