My Opinion on Slots Capital – Key Findings

Slots Capital was like a slice of boring pizza. It was fine because it’s pizza, but would I order it again? Probably not. The site itself was bland, and navigation was difficult.

There were quite a few games, with a decent selection in each category, but not enough to wow me.

Some bonuses were reasonable, but most were not. Even though customer support was helpful and kind over live chat, I was disappointed to never receive an email response.

While the deposit process was extra safe and secure, the withdrawal limits were incredibly high. I had a hard time finding any elements thing that made it excellent.

However, I did appreciate that there was free play.

In addition, it has a pretty good reputation, supported by over 10 years of experience. I suggest this site to someone who wants to try casino games and doesn’t prioritize bonuses.

What I Loved

  • I could switch the site to free play.
  • Live chat agents were friendly and professional.
  • There was an added layer of security when making a credit card deposit that made me feel safer than at most sites.

Room for Improvement

  • Navigation was clunky and confusing, making it hard to get used to.
  • No live dealer games.
  • The withdrawal minimums were very high, and I was far from being able to cash out.

My Gambling Session Details

Let me break down my gambling session at Slots Capital step-by-step.

First, I created an account and made a $25 deposit using my credit card. I had to jump through a few extra hoops to complete the process, like verifying two SMS codes, but it was nice to have an added layer of security.

I looked through the bonuses and found most had difficult terms and conditions to meet. A few seemed reasonable, but they wouldn’t have worked for this review due to game restrictions.

I spent a total of 24 hours over three days testing this site. I enjoyed that it offered free play, friendly customer support over live chat, and tons of slots from different developers.

However, I didn’t like that there were no live dealer games and that the withdrawal methods were so limited.

I played slots, various table games, video poker, and specialties and ended up wagering $66.59 in total. Since I did not have enough in my account at the end to meet the $100 withdrawal minimum, I couldn’t request a payout.

Based on the information I found, Bitcoin is the best payout method here.

2.8

Slots Capital Casino’s reputation is middle-of-the-road. There were positive and negative comments, but most of the latter were due to user error.

Others felt that it was just okay and didn’t stand out for any reason, which aligns with my experience. Take a look at some of the comments I found in Trustpilot and LCB.

2 Good Withdrawals & 1 Rejected

I made 3 withdrawal requests. The first 2 were problem-less and took between 10 and 14 days each. The third one was rejected for an unfair reason (…)

I played with bets from 20-50€ and maybe even higher just for fun and experience… and the withdrawal request was rejected because I didn’t comply with the maximum 5€ bet regulation (…)

And because it was free bonus offer with limited cash-out, I didn’t went ballistic.

—Dhr. W.R. Duyvis (4 stars – Trustpilot)

Declined Withdrawal

Almost one week of emails, chats, documents, a lot of effort to withdraw, but in the end, it’s declined. The reason is because I didn’t make deposits between free bonuses.

It Took a While to Approve My Account

The withdrawal process took a while for them to approve my account, but after that, it was fine.

My Reflections on Slots Capital’s Reputation

Slots Capital gets a three-star rating out of five on Trustpilot and numerous mixed reviews from players on sites such as LCB.org and Chipy.com.

I had to take most of the negative comments with a grain of salt since they were from people who did not read the bonus terms and conditions and subsequently broke the rules.

Wagering on prohibited games, claiming multiple no-deposit bonuses in a row, or betting over the limit per round with an active bonus results in a void of your winnings and potentially the closure of your account.

I read the terms and conditions closely, and there were many bonuses I didn’t feel were fair, but you don’t have to claim them. The rules of each are clearly explained, and the information is easy to find.

It’s ultimately up to players to educate themselves before adding a bonus to their account.

Myths Busted About Slots Capital

Slots Capital has been around since 2012. A casino with over ten years in the industry is bound to have some baggage, but that doesn’t necessarily mean the gossip is true.

Let’s take a look at a few myths about this site.

Myth #1: It Doesn’t Pay Out

Some have had difficulty cashing out at Slots Capital and say it’s a rogue casino designed to scam.

However, most of these players claimed bonuses and broke the rules. When that happens, the casino will deny your payout.

It’s a tale as old as time. As long as you meet the terms and conditions, you will have no problems withdrawing.

Myth #2: Slots Capital is Unsafe

There is always a risk when making a purchase online. However, Slots Capital isn’t a place you have to worry about.

It adheres to the strict protocol necessary to hold a legitimate license and uses SSL encryption to keep your personal information secure.

Plus, it’s been in business since 2012, and time is one of the best indicators of reliability.

Though there were more bonuses than I could keep track of at this site, most of them were not worth claiming.

There was also a no deposit bonus of $7, but the cashout limit was lower than the amount you’d have to spend to clear the 40x rollover requirements.

Most offers were laced with other tricky terms, such as a rule stating that you may not withdraw any funds if your account balance is less than the bonus.

Let’s break that down. Say the casino gave you a deposit match totaling $300. As with most bonuses, the casino will take that money back before you withdraw. That’s nothing new.

But, due to their rule, you must have at least $300 in your account of your own winnings, or you can’t withdraw even though you met the rollover requirements. It’s too bad if you hit a losing streak near the end and only have $275.

I can imagine that would create some difficulties for many players.

The one positive about the terms and conditions of this site is that there is no max cashout on any deposit bonuses.

After examining all of the promotions, I would suggest avoiding anything with rollover requirements over 30x and being leery of the terms and conditions.

That considered, there are a few I recommend. Let’s get into the details below.

65EASYWIN – 65% UP TO $325 BONUS

Slots Capital 65EASYWIN Bonus

This bonus matches 65% up to $325 on your first or subsequent deposits.

Sure, it’s a small amount, but the rollover requirements are only 15x, which is incredibly low. Plus, there is no max cashout. You must deposit $35 to qualify, and the most you can wager per round is $10.

This bonus is good for slots and some specialties like bingo, but you may not play Rival iSlots.

Use the code 65EASYWIN to claim it.

My Thoughts on the Bonus Offerings

I suggest proceeding with caution when claiming a bonus at Slots Capital.

A handful have fair terms and conditions, but many do not. The playthrough requirements can be high, and additional rules may make it hard to cash out.

Just be sure to read the fine print carefully and understand what you’re getting into before adding a bonus to your account.

Overall, I was content with Slots Capital’s casino game selection. I found a satisfactory variety in each category from numerous developers, and most of the titles I played had above-average graphics.

I had to utilize the filters in the search bar to locate specific game types, but that worked well enough.

Under the slots subsection, I was able to search by developer, which I found to be helpful. However, I wish that applied to every category. Also, while the table games selection is decent, this site has zero live dealer studios and no poker room.

My biggest qualm was the lack of information about games. I like to know the RTP of what I’m playing before I wager money. While many of the slots had a few details like the number of reels, it’s far more important to know the return to player percentage of a game.

On the other hand, Slots Capital has free play, which is a major perk. It allowed me to get familiar with the games without any monetary commitment. Also, the mobile play was smooth and offered a similar, if not better, experience to the desktop version.

My Top Game Picks

A few games stood out from the rest. Below, I’ll share my favorites and what I liked about them.

Frogged

Frogged Slot

The 95.11% RTP of this title is pretty decent, but it was really the old-school feel that drew me in.

This slot is reminiscent of the 80s arcade game Frogger. I also loved that the frog symbol hops around the reels, turning other symbols into wilds, which can help boost your wins.

Mega Deep

Mega Deep Slot

I enjoyed the perfectly illustrated sharks, giant squid, and angler fish, and I found the Mega Reel feature lucrative.

During free spins, the middle reel expands to cover 2, 3, and 4, helping to create more winning combinations.

Viking Victory

Viking Victory Slot

This Viking-themed slot has incredible graphics that transported me into a Game of Thrones-like setting.

There are 243 paylines and cascading reels, one of my favorite features. Winning combinations with drop symbols will clear out and allow new symbols to fall into place, which helped me create even more wins.

The Slotfather Book of Wins

The Slotfather slot game logo

I couldn’t resist this take on the Godfather in slot form. The graphics are fantastic, but my favorite part is the thrilling Hold & Win feature, where bonus symbols with multipliers lock into place, and you win three re-spins.

The process repeats until you land no more, or the whole reel is filled.

Coyote Canyon

Coyote Canyon slot game logo

The graphics and animation of this western-themed slot are stunning and immediately stood out to me as one of the most beautiful slots on this site.

But what made me keep playing was the small random jackpots that can drop at any time during gameplay and the potential to trigger a whopping 50 free spins.

Now, I’ll get into the nitty-gritty of the games at Slots Capital. I’ll share what I discovered in each category, from types of games and graphics to navigation and developers.

I’ll also detail my wins and losses. Did I make a profit this time? Let’s find out.

slots

Playing Frogged

I started my gambling journey by playing slots first.

With $25 in my account, I chose Volcano Blast 10x, and while the graphics were amazing, my wins weren’t. Next, I played DaVinci Jewels, where I recouped my losses.

Finally, I played Frogged and won 7 free spins, ending at $25.33.

At 669 titles, the slot selection at this site was pretty good. The graphics were great, and the games functioned well. I also appreciated the filters in the search bar that let me narrow down my choices.

My one complaint was the missing information about RTPs. The games I played and researched all had RTPs around 94%, which is not high enough for me.

Most slots contribute 100% to bonus rollover requirements here, but some bonuses specifically exclude iSlots from Rival Gaming.

Blackjack

Playing 22 Blackjack Free Bet

I started my blackjack session with Multi-Hand, where I lost six rounds and won one, bringing my balance down to $20.33. Next, I played 22 Blackjack Free Bet, and after many wins and losses, my account was up by a dollar.

Lastly, I played Rolling Stack Blackjack, which saw me lose that dollar and end at $20.33.

There are 10 blackjack titles in this casino’s table games section, and most are supplied by Dragon Gaming.

It’s an average amount, although I would’ve liked to see more variety. Again, the titles lacked RTP information, but blackjack tends to be around 99.5% with good strategy.

The graphics were basic, but I don’t need many frills when it comes to table games. Blackjack isn’t eligible for play with an active bonus.

Roulette

Playing European Roulette

The first roulette game I played was a European variant. Despite its favorable RTP, I only won one round and lost five. When I moved on to American Roulette, my luck was no better.

Lastly, I played Double Dragon Roulette and ended my session at a disappointing $15.33.

Most of the eight titles were from Dragon Gaming, so the selection was not only small but also rather monotonous. RTPs were nowhere to be found, but roulette ranges from 94-97.3%.

The graphics were acceptable, but some of the functions in the games felt a touch slow to respond.

If you have an active promotion at this casino, roulette is not eligible for play.

Other Table Games

Playing Craps

I explored the other table games by starting with Craps, but I ended up losing a dollar.

Next, I played Baccarat, where, unfortunately, I lost more than I won. I concluded with a few rounds of Teen Patti, which brought my balance down to just $10.23.

Confusingly, there are several Bingo and Keno games in this category, which typically are with the specialties. Excluding those, there are 11 other table games.

They consist of poker variations, Indian card games like Andar Bahar, Craps, and Baccarat. It’s a decent selection, provided mainly by Rival, Qora, and Dragon Gaming.

The RTPs vary depending on the type of game, but the range is somewhere between 97.5 – 98.9%. Baccarat and craps are not eligible for play if you claim a bonus.

Video Poker

Playing Double Joker Poker

The first video poker game I played was Double Joker Poker, where I lost a few hands.

Next, I tried Aces and Faces and won several times, but ultimately, it was not enough to break even. Lastly, I played Tens or Better, where I scored a couple of pairs, ending my session at $8.63.

There are 15 titles in the video poker category, supplied mainly by Rival Gaming.

It’s a pretty average selection, with an acceptable variety, and the graphics were straightforward and smooth. I couldn’t find any RTPs, but video poker is typically around 99.73%.

Unfortunately, video poker is not eligible for play if you claim a bonus.

Casual Games – Specialty Games

Playing Plinko Rush

I decided to play fan-favorite Plinko Rush first, and I almost broke even.

Next, I tried the scratch card Leprechaun Frenzy, but after five rounds, I still had yet to make any matches. I finished with the crash game Sky High, where I won a humble 17¢.

There are 23 titles in the specialty games category, but as mentioned above, four more are in the table games section, so the total is 27. Rival and Dragon Gaming provide most of the titles, which consist of Bingo, Plinko, Keno, a crash game, and a minesweeper-style title called Kaboom.

Overall, it’s a nice selection with plenty of entertaining graphics and themes. The RTPs can vary widely depending on the game. Bingo can be as low as 80%, while scratch cards can reach 97%.

Most specialties contribute 100% to bonus rollover requirements, but Kaboom only contributes 50%.

Slots Capital offers an average number of banking methods. They provide the usual options for deposits, like credit cards and crypto, but withdrawal choices are limited.

I had to take a few extra steps to make a deposit. They were outside of the normal experience I’m used to, but I appreciated the added layer of security.

Below, I’ll share the details of banking at this site and the methods I recommend.

Deposit Options Summary

You can deposit using four major credit cards or three types of crypto. None of them have fees and are all very fast.

  • Fastest Deposit Method: Credit cards or crypto
  • Deposit fees: None

I used a credit card to make a $25 deposit at Slots Capital since that was the easiest method for me.

I entered my information, and then I had to verify my phone number with a code sent via SMS.

Next, I was required to enter the last four digits of my social security number and another SMS code. Once that was complete, it took a few minutes for the payment to process, and the funds were in my account.

These extra steps are only required for credit card payments, so you won’t have to do them if you use crypto.

While this site doesn’t charge processing fees, your bank may apply a small fee for an international transaction.

If you’re a crypto user, that’s the method I recommend so you can avoid an additional charge and a lengthier deposit process.

Slots Capital Vs Other Casinos – Deposit Methods

Withdrawal Options Summary

Slots Capital has only three withdrawal methods: wire transfer, check, and Bitcoin. The first two options have fees and take longer than Bitcoin.

  • Is Verification Required? Yes, a front and back picture of your license or passport (must include your face), a proof of address (such as a utility bill), and a picture of the credit card(s) you used to deposit (with the first eight numbers and your CCV obscured for security)
  • Fastest Withdrawal Method: Bitcoin – 48 Hours

With my balance at under $10, I missed the payout minimum by a mile, so I will discuss the best option based on my research.

There’s no denying that $100 is a high withdrawal minimum, but it’s also the lowest on this list. If you’re looking to cash out a small amount, Bitcoin is the clear winner. It has no fees and provides the quickest turnaround time.

However, its max withdrawal limit is restrictive, which is unusual for crypto. If you need more flexibility, a check by mail is the best way to go.

Slots Capital offers only two ways to contact customer support: email and live chat. Let’s examine my experience with them.

  • Phone Number: No
  • Live Chat: Yes, real person

Here’s How I Tested

I contacted customer support through live chat to clarify a few bonus terms. I also sent an email inquiring about withdrawals. I’ll go over how each interaction played out.

Email

I sent an email to see if they could estimate how long a Bitcoin withdrawal might take.

Unfortunately, I never received a response in the three days it took me to complete this review.

Live Chat

I had a few questions about some of the bonus terms and conditions. Both times I opened a live chat, I was connected to someone right away.

The agent was very friendly, and they answered my questions promptly and clearly.

My Experience With Slots Capital Support

The interactions I had with customer support were positive. The live chat representatives were quick to respond, helpful, and very kind. However, the lack of a reply via email was a letdown.

Also, there is no phone number, which leaves you with only one option if you need a timely response.

I would like to see this site improve its email support and add a phone number in the future. As of right now, live chat is the best point of contact.

Testing Slots Capital UX

User experience is a major component of gambling online, and unfortunately, it wasn’t up to par at Slots Capital.

The website looked outdated, and the interface was clunky, which led to confusion at times. In the top right corner of the screen were five small, vague symbols that were not labeled.

They represented the cashier, settings, a useless lobby window, and live chat. Most sites have a hamburger that opens up some navigation options, but there was no such thing here.

I could access the promotions from a carousel of offers at the bottom of the screen or by clicking on the cashier, but neither option was abundantly clear.

What made it more frustrating was that the site looked better aesthetically and was easier to use if I was logged out. There, I could find the terms and conditions and FAQs, and navigation was more straightforward.

As soon as I signed in, that crucial information was gone, which raised some concerns for me. Terms and conditions should always be readily accessible. On top of that, upon signing in, the whole interface felt like a downgrade.

Surprisingly, the mobile version of the site was better. It had a hamburger with clearly defined navigation options, including a promotions page.

Unfortunately, the terms and conditions were still absent. Slots Capital needs to work on its user experience if it wants to be competitive with other more modern online casinos on the market.

The Best Features

  • Promotions are easily found. There’s a rotating selection at the bottom of the screen.
  • The mobile site featured a hamburger menu with clear navigation options, making it easier to use.
  • Live chat is always available through one of the icons in the top right corner.

Slots Capital Vs. Other Gambling Sites

As it stands, Slots Capital has no features that set it apart from other gambling sites.

While the game selection is good, the bonuses, user experience, and withdrawal methods could use some improvement. To get an idea of how it compares to other online casinos, take a look at the chart below.

My Verdict

This casino has a rating of 2.6/5

All in all, Slots Capital offers a rather forgettable experience. Its high withdrawal minimums, lack of live dealer options, and confusing navigation are dragging it down.

However, it’s at least a safe and secure option for online gamblers and provides a sufficient selection of games with a few reasonable bonuses.

Plus, free play is the perfect way to see if it’s somewhere you want to spend more time or money.

I think this site would be best enjoyed by casual or novice players looking to have a little fun and aren’t concerned with advantage gambling.
