Here’s How I Tested

I contacted customer support through live chat to clarify a few bonus terms. I also sent an email inquiring about withdrawals. I’ll go over how each interaction played out.

User experience is a major component of gambling online, and unfortunately, it wasn’t up to par at Slots Capital.

The website looked outdated, and the interface was clunky, which led to confusion at times. In the top right corner of the screen were five small, vague symbols that were not labeled.

They represented the cashier, settings, a useless lobby window, and live chat. Most sites have a hamburger that opens up some navigation options, but there was no such thing here.

I could access the promotions from a carousel of offers at the bottom of the screen or by clicking on the cashier, but neither option was abundantly clear.

What made it more frustrating was that the site looked better aesthetically and was easier to use if I was logged out. There, I could find the terms and conditions and FAQs, and navigation was more straightforward.

As soon as I signed in, that crucial information was gone, which raised some concerns for me. Terms and conditions should always be readily accessible. On top of that, upon signing in, the whole interface felt like a downgrade.

Surprisingly, the mobile version of the site was better. It had a hamburger with clearly defined navigation options, including a promotions page.
