My Opinion on SportsBetting.ag – Key Findings
SportsBetting.ag is a great site for overall gambling. It has a solid sportsbook, a fun poker room, and games galore. But if you are a casino player who wants to take advantage of good bonuses, this is not a friendly place.
The bonus playthroughs are way out of whack and virtually unachievable. I’ll play here again but won’t go near a casino bonus.

My Gambling Session Details
I started my gambling session with a $20 Bitcoin deposit, which took about three minutes to process.
I claimed the 100% Crypto Welcome Bonus, which allowed me to use the deposit for casino play and receive free sports bets.
I spent around 2 ½ hours playing various casino games and another 9 hours exploring the platform and reading through the terms and conditions. I played a little bit of everything and ended up wagering $72 in total.
I didn’t withdraw any funds since I hadn’t met the bonus rollover requirements, but Bitcoin is the quickest and easiest withdrawal method.
I enjoyed some wins, including a $21 boost on the Mythic Wolf slot, which helped increase my balance to over $37.
Most games ran smoothly, with only a minor issue on the 88 Fortune Frenzy slot, but I didn’t lose my bet. Overall, it was a productive and enjoyable session.
Overall, Trustpilot readers rated the site 3.5 stars out of a possible 5. Which is not bad at all considering the reviews on that site are harsh and most casinos get 2 or 3 stars.
I noticed good comments praising their payout times and customer service. On other hand, Reddit reviews were less favorable. Here’s what I found.
Very Pleased With This Site
I only give reviews when I’m very pleased or very disappointed with the service. An atm I am happy to say I’m very please for the service this wonderful website has brought to me.
I hope I can just get on a roll as lately it feels like I’m just depositing one after one anyway I enjoy all the games on that token thanks again an I’ll be playing soon!!!
—Aaron Martinez (Trustpilot, 5 stars)
No Stress, No Mess
“Customer Service was very kind, patient and knowledgeable in addressing the problems I presented. My account has been accurately adjusted to reflect my wins and losses promptly. I love these guys!”
—John (Trustpilot, 5 stars)
Payout Times Are Good
“I like the payout times I dislike the frequency of winning though. Winning is absolutely few and far between and not in line with the RTP that each game claims to have.”
—Bill (Trustpilot, 3 stars)
Lost $4,500 Playing Craps
“I was on the SportsBetting.ag and lost like $4,500 playing craps in two weeks. I let them know I was recording them in the chat, and I lost like thirty bets in a row. They are crooks. Be careful guys and girls!!”
—Mission_Benefit (Reddit)
Don’t Use Any Bonus Codes
“These guys are straight crooks. If you do use them, don’t dare apply any bonus codes, they will use their terms and conditions about bonuses to indefinitely hold your money.”
—pippingguy (Reddit)
My Overall Thoughts About SportsBetting.ag’s Reputation
SportsBetting.ag does have a history of slow payments, and I noticed that many player complaints date back five or more years. However, it’s encouraging to see more positive feedback in recent times.
I know this site is legit because it operates under the same team as BetOnline. Starting as Best Line Sports in 2001, they eventually rebranded and launched SportsBetting.ag as a sister site.
Knowing BetOnline is behind it gives me a level of trust that’s hard to ignore.
That said, I do agree with some of the criticism around the bonuses. The terms and conditions are harsh for casino-exclusive promotions and not worth at all. I’ll dive into that further below.
However, many of the complaints seemed to stem from misunderstandings about RTP or bonus terms, which is common. Overall, the site appears to be making strides in the right direction, despite some lingering concerns.
Myths Busted About SportsBetting.ag
Here are some common notions about SportsBetting.ag that can be refuted.
Myth #1: It Doesn’t Pay Out
This idea has continued since SportsBetting.ag had a justified reputation for not paying customers in a timely fashion.
More recent testimonials indicate that this is no longer true. There are still complaints, but they are much less frequent.
Myth #2: The Games Are Unfair
I’ve seen comments by people who have lost a lot at the casino. But, the SportsBetting.ag game providers test their games’ random number generators (RNGs) for RTPs that are as good as at any casino.
I, for one, won at more games than I lost.
SportsBetting.ag has a mixture of bonuses for its casino, poker, and sportsbook platforms, but none are favorable for casino players.
The casino bonuses have high playthrough requirements, narrow time restrictions, and higher minimum deposits than at most casinos.
Even after meeting the playthrough requirements, there’s an additional hurdle: according to the casino rules, once you’ve completed the rollover, you must still roll over your entire balance five more times before withdrawing any funds.
For example, their casino welcome bonus is subpar. I pretty much prefer their sports betting bonuses.
Sportsbetting.ag Welcome Casino Bonus
This four-deposit welcome bonus can add up to $4,000 in bonus money. It matches the first two deposits at 100% and the final two at 50%. The minimum deposit is $25.
The 45x playthrough is steep, but the 30-day lifespan of the bonus makes it workable if you play hard at slots.
Sign-up Bonus
SportsBetting.ag vs Other Casinos – Welcome Bonus
My Recommended Bonus: Monthly Special
I found this 45% deposit match for up to $500 in bonus money. The minimum deposit is $50, and you can make as many as five deposits during the month.
While you have only 14 days to make the playthrough requirement, it is only 35x, and the smaller bonus amount makes it closer to achievable.
My Thoughts About SportsBetting.ag’s Bonuses
The bonuses at SportsBetting.ag are restrictive and offer little value for casino players.
While game restrictions are typical—non-progressive slots contributing 100% to playthrough and other games 20% or less—the overall terms are less favorable than at most online casinos.
The biggest deposit bonus for the casino has a steep playthrough requirement of 45 times the deposit plus bonus amounts, with just 30 days to complete it.
By comparison, most casinos have a 35x playthrough and offer more flexible timeframes.
They also have the weird rule about that requires you to wager your entire balance five more times after completing the bonus rollover.
SportsBetting.ag’s casino contests may seem appealing, but they come with harsh rollover requirements.
They can be sometimes as high as 60x on winnings, and often include minimum wager or winning thresholds.
For instance, the weekly Ultimate Spinoff requires you to win $4,000 before you’re eligible for a $1,000 top prize.
I counted more than 900 casino games at the site, including over 50 live dealer ones.
You can click on each game category headings and use a search feature for titles, but they don’t have searches for game makers, reel numbers, or themes. There are also categories for Tournaments and Casino Bonus that cover the daily offers.
On the upside, each game had comprehensive instructions, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and/or payline tables.
On the downside, you can’t try any of the games for free. There were some games I had not seen before and wanted to dive into but didn’t want to pay just for the experience.
Nevertheless, I had fun. Most of them loaded within a minute and played without a hitch. I found the mobile site to be slower than most, but that all depends on connections and devices.

Software Providers
I couldn’t identify the game providers on all of the games, but I did see games from top creators such as Rival, Betsoft, Bgaming, Arrow’s Edge, and Dragon Gaming.
My Top Game Picks
Here’s a list of my favorite games I played in this site.
Deuces Wild
This version from Rival is a gem because of its nearly full-pay RTP of over 99%.
I’m a fan of the strategic challenge, and this game rewarded my efforts with a small but satisfying profit of 30c after 25 deals. If you’re into strategy, this is a must-try.
Jacks or Better
Another solid Rival pick with a fair paytable. I like this one because it offers a good balance of risk and reward, and I walked away with $1.20 in winnings after using optimal strategy.
Definitely recommend if you enjoy a straightforward, classic poker experience.
American Blackjack
Betsoft’s version of Blackjack won me over because it lets you double down on splits, which adds a nice twist to the basic game.
With a $1 minimum bet, I carefully managed my bankroll and ended up $3.50 ahead after 22 deals.
Baccarat
I like the layout of this standard payout Betsoft version a bit better than the other baccarat games.
No strategy here; I just bet Banker through 25 deals at the minimum $1 and won 40c.
Mythic Wolf
This Rival slot became a quick favorite thanks to its calming backdrop and the thrill of big wins.
I scored a $21 profit during a free-spin round, and later, another $5 win on my smartphone.
Let’s get into the bread and butter of this online casino. I’ll share the details of my gambling session, including what games I played in each category, the issues I had along the way, and what you can expect to find.
Slots
This site has 727 online slots. A massive library like that is good because you can find something regardless of your taste.
On the other hand, unless you know exactly what you are looking for, finding a favorite takes tons of scrolling time, especially if you are using a smartphone.
The title search feature helps, but there’s no breakdown for types of slots.
Since none of my favorite titles were in the collection, I relied on luck. I mostly checked out the graphics, RTP, and features because there was no free play.
You can wager from pennies on up to $50 a spin on some games I tested. There are plenty of nice jackpots, but there were no progressive jackpots.
Regular slots players will recognize titles like Panda Party, Ten Times Wins, Mr. Vegas, and Take the Bank. I had seen Mythic Wolf before but had never played it until I visited the SportsBetting.ag casino.
It produced one of my best paydays ever and made my favorites list. Except for a few loads of over three minutes, the games I called up for descriptions and play moved along smoothly.
Slots are the big bonus games. Except for progressives, slots are the only games that count 100% toward achieving bonus playthroughs.
Number of Slots
727
SportsBetting.ag vs Other Casinos – Number of Slots
Blackjack
I counted 26 blackjack games, including single-hand, multi-hand, single-deck, and multi-deck games.
I found basic games and variations with side bets with big jackpots.
The biggest jackpot game I saw was Supreme 777. It pays over $100,000 if your first three cards are 7s of spades.
I played American Blackjack from Betsoft and won $3.50 in 22 deals of $1 bets, the minimum bet at most of these tables. The maximums were usually $500.
SportsBetting.ag also hosts daily blackjack tournaments offering prizes of up to $20,000, but the winnings carry a 60x rollover before you can cash in.
Because blackjack carries a high RTP, bonus players will be credited just 10% of their wagers toward playthroughs.
Roulette
SportsBetting.ag has 16 roulette games, most being the standard European (single zero) and American (double zero).
Some jazzed-up variations offer multiplied winnings for numbers the game chooses after bets are made. The multipliers on the games I checked go up to 500x, but the bet ranges are narrower.
The standard games offer $1 total minimum bets for both inside (numbers) and outside (groups) bets.
You can spread out to as high as $6,000 on spins at some tables.
I did not hit the tables of SportsBetting.ag roulette, but when I play, I play the single-zero version with an RTP of just over 97%. I put wagers on the third column and black, which covers most of the table. Roulette is one of those lower house edge games, so it credits bonus players 20% toward rollovers.
Other Table Games
SportsBetting.ag offers two versions of craps, both with a $1 minimum bet, and one allowing wagers up to $5,000.
For card games, you’ll find classic baccarat and some exciting variations like Dragon Baccarat, which offers a 30:1 payout. Bet ranges for these games go from $1 to $1,000.
The site also features popular house poker games like Pai Gow, Let It Ride, and Caribbean Poker, along with two versions of Hold’em and the Eastern favorites, Teen Patti and Andar Bahar.
These games are fun and come with proven strategies to enhance your play. Because you have good chances, the bonus playthrough crediting is 5% or less.
Video Poker
This site has a great video poker collection of 24 games, including Jacks or Better and various wild-card variations. You can find games that pay as high as 1,000x your wager for hitting a royal flush.
The best games have what are considered full pay tables that award top payouts for the most common winning combinations.
I found a Deuces Wild that was near full pay and won money. My hands with Jacks or Better also paid off. Bets start at a nickel, and you can play up to $50 a hand.
Video poker pays too well to count more than 10% toward a bonus playthrough.
Casual Games – Specialty Games
SportsBetting.ag had 25 scratch cards when I was there, which is more scratch-offs than I’ve seen at any online site short of a lottery site.
But they host other specialties such as Plinko, keno, dice games, crash games, and wheel games.
There is also a skill-related shooting game called Space Invasion, a minesweeper-type game called Kaboom, and a casino solitaire game you rarely see at online casinos.
Altogether, the 39 specialty games encompass a full variety of choices in bet ranges, and they have jackpots that reach hundreds of thousands of dollars.
I bought 25 Capymania Orange scratchcards for 10c each and dropped $2.40.
Live Dealer Games
I found 64 live dealer games.
There’s even an offbeat game called Football Grid in which soccer players kick to a net with 6 sections, and you bet on which players will score the highest or which section they’ll hit.
Never saw that one before.
The wheel games allow bets on colors, numbers, or even-odd, with an 18:1 payout for hitting a specific single number.
Like land-based casinos, the bet limits are higher here; high rollers can put down as much as $20,000 on a blackjack game. Out of curiosity, I peeked in on one of those big games but found no one playing.
The lower limit tables were much more popular during the daytime hours I looked in, but there was at least a seat open at all of them. The screen layouts make it easy to bet and chat, and each game comes with full instructions.
The dealers all seemed efficient (no fumbled cards) but with mixed enthusiasm about their jobs. I noticed shuffling or changing shoes at blackjack tables was frequent enough to discourage card counting.
The $10 low limit kept me from playing blackjack, but I jumped in on a $1 baccarat game and lost about $1 over 10 deals.
All in all, the SportsBetting.ag live casino is fun and well-rounded enough to spend all day there without wandering around a big floor. But don’t go there with a bonus. You won’t get any credit toward your rollover.
Poker Room Review
Most online casinos don’t carry poker, but SportsBetting.ag has a poker platform you can download or play straight from your browser.
It’s a fun and active site where you can pick a screen name, chat, and use all sorts of animated features.
They host typical no-limit Hold ‘em and pot-limit Omaha games, plus a variety of tournaments of the same games. I did not find fixed-limit or pot-limit Hold ‘em games or any other stud or draw games.
The stakes for cash games start at $.05/$.10 blinds and go up $5/$10 blinds with the minimum buy-ins at 20x the small blind. My bonus did not include poker funds, so I was limited to looking in on a couple of cash games just to check out the screen setup.
It looked simple enough, so I tried one of their free tables and had a good enough time to make me want to return.
There is a broader variety of tournaments at SportsBetting.ag than at other poker sites I’ve seen. They host multi-table tournaments with big prize pools; I saw a $250,000 event going when I was there. The entry fee was $215.
You can get in smaller tournaments with entries as low as $1 and prizes usually about 20x the fee They also have sit-and-gos for up to 18 players, and you can earn tickets for freerolls through your rake contribution.
The site offers poker bonuses with rules that release funds according to rakes you contribute to. It is a phased system in which for every $50 of rake you earn, $5 of the bonus is released.
The poker welcome bonus is a 100% match for up to $1,000 with a minimum deposit of $50.
The good thing about sportsbooks is the number of transaction options available. The bad thing are the fees you may run into, probably due to the large amounts they deal with on the sports side.
SportsBetting.ag takes credit card deposits and most top cryptocurrencies and allows crypto and other types of withdrawals. Fees are wide-ranging for both types of transactions and are higher than the casinos I’ve encountered.
Deposit Options Summary
This site offers many banking options typical to most online casinos, with some extras tossed in. In addition to credit cards and cryptocurrencies, the site accepts wire transfers, money orders, eChecks, and the peer-to-peer service Moneygram.
You can deposit using Bitcoin and an Altcoins option that accommodates 15 other popular cryptos, including Ethereum, Litecoin, and Bitcoin Cash. SportsBetting.ag does not accept e-wallet deposits.
- Fastest Deposit Method: Bitcoin – minutes
- Deposit fees: Yes – credit cards (7.5%) and eChecks (4.5%)
My Recommended Deposit Method: Bitcoin
With most online casinos, I have found that Bitcoin is the simplest and fastest deposit method, which is the case at SportsBetting.ag.
Credit card deposits involve a fee, and other non-crypto options take more time.
Choosing Moneygram and wire transfer options take you to customer support chat to make a request. I deposited $20 worth of Bitcoin, and my account reflected the new balance in about three minutes.
Here’s the list of every deposit method.

SportsBetting.ag vs Other Casinos – Deposit Methods
Sportsbetting.ag Withdrawal Options
SportsBetting.ag offers a wider variety of withdrawal options than at most online casinos.
You can’t withdraw with credit cards, but you can use any of 16 cryptocurrencies and various check and bank transfer methods including the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system.
- Is Verification Required? Yes – photo ID and proof of address
- Fastest Withdrawal Method: Bitcoin – within 24 Hours
My Recommended Payout Method: Binance
I would normally recommend Bitcoin for payouts because of the speed and ease. But I suggest a less popular crypto here because the most popular cryptocurrencies may carry fees at this site.
Here’s what Sportbetting.ag’s banking section states:
“SportsBetting incurs and pays the initial network fee; however, reserves the right to charge the customers a fee on withdrawals. This fee will be based on the estimation of what processing the payout will cost. Fees will vary based on network congestion.”
This leaves them open to charge a fee, and I would expect one with Bitcoin and other cryptos with heavy blockchain traffic.
The cryptos with fees marked “None” in the table below are more likely to be fee free.
I did not withdraw because I had not cleared the 14x sports betting playthrough on my bonus.
Here’s a table with all the withdrawal methods available.

SportsBetting.ag vs Other Casinos – Withdrawal Methods
SportsBetting.ag has three ways to reach customer service. There is a ‘Need Help?’ button at the bottom of each page that leads you to a Help Center as well as email, chat, and phone services.
The Help Center is comprehensive, though a little awkward to search through. Here are the details:
- Email Address: [email protected]
- Languages: English
- Phone Number: 1-888-843-9027
- Live Chat: Yes
Here’s How I Tested
I contacted every SportsBetting.ag support via chat and phone.
I had questions about bonus terms and conditions, specifically the wagering contributions of different games. Here are the details.
Clicking Email from the Help Center will take you to an email prompt with the general help@ address.
This is a good route for detailed questions or disputes with the site that might need documentation.
I did not use the email method.
Chat
Clicking here brought up a prompt right away and a representative within one or two minutes.
I had a few sessions with them and they were fast and helpful with their responses.
They seem like real people, too.
Phone
Calling here will get you five options including placing sports bets and getting casino answers.
They ask for your name and account number. I had to use this twice because of a shaky connection.
The second call got me the answer I needed after a couple of follow-up questions. I wasn’t put on hold, so it was satisfactory.
My Thoughts on Customer Support
Support was generally responsive and efficient. It is nice to communicate with real people; their answers were in plain language, not just quotes from their terms.
SportsBetting.ag vs Other Casinos – Customer Service
Navigating SportsBetting.ag is a bit of a mixed bag.
The site is clean, straightforward, and easy on the eyes with its blue theme, which I found appealing.
If you know exactly what you’re looking for, the title search feature is a lifesaver. However, if you’re just browsing or trying to find a specific type of slot, be prepared to scroll—a lot.
This can be especially time-consuming on a smartphone, where finding your favorites isn’t exactly seamless.
On the bright side, once you’re in a game, everything runs smoothly. Each game comes with detailed instructions, RTP percentages, and payline tables, which I appreciated.
I also appreciated how easy it was to get help. There’s always a support button available in the footer, making it simple to reach out whenever needed.
The Best Features
- Easy to navigate site, with a visually appealing blue theme.
- Help is always just a click away, with an easy-to-find support button in the footer.
- Each game includes instructions, RTP percentages, and payline tables.
- Most games run seamlessly, enhancing the overall experience.
As the name indicates, taking sports bets is the bread and butter of this outfit. SportsBetting.ag has been in the game for 20 years, covering all major sports and even some minor ones like bowling, badminton, and darts.
You can even bet on politics, entertainment, financials, and e-sports. They offer moneylines, spreads, fractional and decimal odds, straight-up bets, proposition bets, futures, parlays, and teasers.
They feature contests and promotions like the $10,000 UFC predictor contest and a $100 free prop bet for first-timers.
The interface is user-friendly, with odds converters and a betslip that shows winnings based on your bet amount.
When comparing odds, SportsBetting.ag had better odds than FanDuel in 8 of 11 events I checked, particularly for major league baseball and Copa America soccer. They were never worse but were middle-of-the-road in some cases.
For The Open golf futures, their odds on top contenders were slightly less favorable.
I wagered on the Stanley Cup final, finding SportsBetting.ag had both sides at -106 while other sites listed -110. I won with the Florida Panthers.
Notable features include their Props Builder, which indexes various props for the day’s events; the Odds Booster, which alerts you to positive changes in odds; and the Mega Parlays, which suggests 3- and 4-way parlays paying 100-1 or better.
Minimum bets are $1 online and $25 by phone, with maximums depending on your account status and balance.
Pros
- Most events are covered – Major and minor sports are included, along with e-sports, politics, financials, and entertainment.
- Live betting available – These updated in-game lines are helpful in cases of injuries and game trends.
- Great features – Tools such as the Props Builder, Odds Booster, and Mega Parlays are useful for finding bargains and top returns.
- Competitive Odds – Most daily events post odds better than other sites. A good site to compare prices.
Cons
- No updated horse racing odds – They don’t change odds to follow on-track odds. You are stuck with the morning line, which is good for favorites but not so good for long shots.
- Parlay rules are restrictive – Some sports, like boxing and auto racing, are prohibited in parlays. And you can’t include one side of a game in one parlay and the other side in another parlay.
- Futures lines have less value – I found other sites that offer better bargains in some futures.
Sportsbook Summary
Here’s a snapshot of the offerings at SportsBetting.ag. The site has a racebook with thoroughbred and harness events from tracks worldwide. They list morning lines for North American races but don’t update them.

Best SportsBetting.ag Bonuses for Sports Wagering
This site has a series of general sports bonuses and other promotions tailored to specific sports. Here are three good ones.
Double Your Money
This was the big bonus when I was at the site.
It offers a 100% match of your first two deposits of $100 to $500. The rollover is 14x the bonus amount, and you have 30 days to clear the requirement.
This is high compared to some books offering 5x or 10x, but low compared to 20x rollovers I’ve seen at others. You must use the bonus code DOUBLEUP when depositing.
25% reload match
This is for deposits of at least $100 for bonus money of up to $250. You have 30 days to clear the 6x playthrough. Another decent deal with a requirement that is easily met.
100% Crypto Bonus
It’s a 100% up to 1,000 offer. This is the one I took because of the $20 minimum and the fact that I could use the deposit amount for casino play and free bets on sports. It carries the same 14x, 30-day requirement.
Each major sport has a SportsBetting.ag promotion. For instance, soccer bettors can get up to $100 insurance on getting beat in stoppage time. There are sport-specific deals for football, baseball, ice hockey, and basketball.
Use promo code 100CRYPTO to claim it.
SportsBetting.ag Vs. Other Gambling Sites
Except for the restrictive casino bonus rules and rollovers, SportsBetting.ag stands up well to other gambling operations, if not better. The game variety, poker, and sportsbook options make it a good gambling destination.
However, there are just too many roadblocks to getting paid for playing with a casino bonus.

Player Protection
SportsBetting.ag has Responsible Gaming listed among its Quick Links at the bottom of its landing page.
That takes you to a page with eight indicator questions on problem gambling that links to Gambler’s Anonymous and Gambling Therapy, and Take a Break and Self-Exclusion sections with suggestions.
These are voluntary or self-help measures, and the site has limits on deposit and wager amounts. I found a few deposit-frequency limits at the site.
SportsBetting. ag’s responsible gambling measures are typical for gambling operations these days because the industry sees the need for problem betting awareness to maintain an image.
The issue of the societal effects of wagering has stepped to the forefront in the US as more states have added new forms of wagering to law books and brought in more players.
My Verdict
The huge lineup of solid casino games, plus the sportsbook and poker platforms, make SportsBetting.ag a worthwhile destination for gamblers.
The casino bonuses come with requirements that are too tough to negotiate.
So, playing with a bonus may leave you frustrated when you think it is time for a payout. As a player who generally avoids bonuses anyway, I plan to return to SportsBetting.ag.

SportsBetting.ag is legit. It has been established for 20 years, is owned by Intagui Inc., and is licensed and regulated by the gambling authority of Antigua & Barbuda.
What are the games’ payout rates?
The games’ payout rates at SportsBetting.ag vary. Many of the games state their RTPs, but you can expect return percentage rates of 90% to 97% for slots, and plus 97% for table games and video poker.
What happens if I get disconnected during a game?
If you get disconnected during a game, you can resume play in that game upon reconnection. A slots game will finish that spin and credit you if you win. A table game deal will also remain in play. I had an instance of a slot freezing and clicked back in to find no change in my balance.
